There is a secret that only few in our world know. Magic is real. The few who have the Talent are invited to The Academy where they can learn to harness their abilities and use them with modern day technology as well as blend in with society without being noticed. However magic is not only fueled by your energy, it is also fueled by emotion. The emotions that the caster feels, love, hate, rage, pain, lust, and fear for example, cause the magic to change in effect and strength. For instance, if I wanted to shoot a gun infused with magic and I was angry at the time, the bullet might burn black with an intense heat, or if I felt sympathy (like I wanted to let a dying animal rest) the wound wouldn't cause pain.
It's very flexible to your desires and can take many interesting turns. We can keep it between just us two or add in other characters as well
