DeadReaver: It had been on of those long night's with humans locking their houses up. Though he did feed on some of them they were the ones who couldn't do anything. And that blood tasted awful compared to young virgin blood. The kind he loved to just drink. Of course He left them alive long enough so that they weren't virgins when he killed them. It really didn't bother him the young the blood the better it tasted it had the sweeter taste compared to older blood.

Viper Heru was the very name of this dark vampire who's lust for blood could not be quelled he was slowly ending humans each and every night even going for the noble's of the world. But when a knock was heard on his door he looked up. "A knock who would dare come to my mansion." He asked and slowly headed towards the front door ready to attacked if needed.

Opening the door Viper's red/blueish eye's looked dead straight at the crack of the door as he opened it to see a young girl standing their. This put him back. "Why are you here don't you know who I am?" He growled and glared at the girl. Though it was an easy meal it shocked him to see someone come.

"Answer my question before you don't have a chance girl." He said and crossed his arms. With luck this girl was a virgin and not that old looking either. Viper was built like most male vampires, But his black coat covered it. His hair was a simple silver color that was short other.
 
Lily stumbled up the hill to the vampires mansion. She could barely walk and one point she did stumble and crawled the rest of way to his door steps. Every moment she was in pain, she dying a slow painful death. Not only was it putting a strain on her family, it was tearing them a part. All they could do was sit back and watch her die. She had had enough she decided to take matters into her own hands this night. She would like the Vampire have her.

Lily leaned against the door frame for support as she started at the vampire, her purple eyes locked on his begging him to end her pain. "please, just, take me" she pleaded softly. She was no longer able to stand and she collasped into his arms. "please" no trace of fear could be found on her.
 
The vampire was stunned by the girl. "Wait your not afraid of death?" He asked as he pulled her inside his house shutting the door. "You seem rather ill, Is that why you wish for me to take your life?" He asked softly as he sat down with her in his lap. He didn't know what to make of this. She was after all just a young girl and already asking for a quick death.

"If that is what you wish." He said softly as he leaned down to bite into her neck. But suddenly stopped. Why couldn't he bring her wish, She wanted death and he could give it to her. Slowly he closed his mouth and looked back at her pained face. "I ..." He gently bit into her skin to drink some blood but to also leave a trace of a certain venom. It would relieve her pain but it wouldn't last forever.

Lily was so lite in his arms. She had not eaten in so long her body did not have an ounce of fat. Lily looked up at the vampire with pleading eyes as he held her. "i'm not afraid" she said softly. Lily was such a pretty young woman. She had long raven colored hair and bright purple eyes. her lips her rosy. Every man wanted her as his wife. But now that was all gone. The pain had become to much.

When the vampire turned to bite her she bent her neck to his mouth giving him better access. But he didn't bite at first he paused. When he finally did bite down she gasped but at the same time saying thank you for ending her life.
 
He didn't kill her then he just let her go into a sleep as he let go of her neck. For now she could stay out of pain till he found out why he couldn't just kill her. "I'm sorry I didn't grant it." He said softly as he picked her up and headed towards his bed room. he would let her sleep and when she awoke he would try and find out why he..His heart was beating.

His heart had never thumped when he fed from the females never had it made a thump. And now this lone sick girl was making it beat out of control. Who was she, And why was she able to do this. "Sleep well." He said softly and kissed her fore head before he left and went into the dining room. He would have to brace himself for her wake.
 
Lily eyes grew heavy and her world grew dark. She thought perhaps he had killed. He had ended her pain at long last. Her body lay motionless on the bed for hours. Her body finally receiving a restful sleep. there was no tossing or turning, no pain just sleep.

It wasn't till late the next day that Lily's purple eyes fluttered open. She laid on her back just starring up at the ceiling. "where am i" she thought out loud. As she lay there she realized she felt no more pain, just felt weak, and for the first time in a long time she felt hungry. Slowly her hands came up to her eyes and rubbed them, she didn't think it was possiable but she was alive.
 
Viper walked in slowly at the senced that she was awake. "Well how do you feel dear?" He asked as he entered the room. Viper made his way to the bed with a glass of water and sat down handing out to her. "I bet your wondering why I hadn't killed you." He said. "Well to tell the truth I don't know how to kill someone like you, Pure, Young, Beautiful." He said. "Your the first female I have ever felt like my heart was alive and beating." He added. He didn't know exactly what to say. "So I wanted to see if you could help me find the answers." He said.

"Right now my venom is going through out your body keeping the illness at bay for now." He said. "Unless I turn you into my kind or kill you or it wears off you will feel fine." He said. "But would you kindly help a vampire find out why I can't feast on your blood?" He asked and looked down.

When Lily heard the door open she sat up a little against the pillow and watched the handsome man come into the room. Her trailed over his bed as he walked over to her. She happily took the glass of water from. "thank you"

Lily sipped the water as he spoke. "sir, i am not sure i know what you mean. Its not like i am a witch and cast some spell over you." She paused "maybe it because i am the first person not to be afraid of you" Lily shrugged "my name is Lily by the way. thank you for helping me"
 
He nodded. "Your welcome." He said as he looked at her. "I know if you were a witch your spells wouldn't have worked." He said softly. "That could be true." He said. "I've never met anyone that was going to be my victim not afraid." He said softly. "All I know is that For some reason you make my heart beat." He added.

Viper was sure he was confusing lily. "Lily, That's a lovely name." He said softly. "Well I will care for you the rest of your life If I have to, In order to find out why." He said with a small smile. His peal white teeth shown to her. "So tell me do you know what is your illness?" He asked.
 
Lily just shook her head at his question. "no just one day i started to feel sick and then it got worse, and worse." she looked down and sighed "my mother and father did their best to care for but we are not the wealthiest family so it was hard. It put a lot of stress on them so between there stress and my pain i knew i had to end my life for everyone sake."

Lily explained to him softly. She was a a sensitive young woman thinking how her illness effect people she loved. SHe was willing to die to keep the peace.
 
Viper nodded. " Well it's hurting your family that you rather die then spend your last breath with them." He said. "But if you wish to think this over....Later on in your life when you decide I can make you into one of me." He said. "The reason why not now is because I don't know what this feeling is with you." He said.

"Mainly as a blood thirsty vampire I have no compassion but I didn't just drain you like i would others and that's what i am trying to figure out is all." He said. "You are free to roam the mansion, Just if you want anything let me know." He said.
 
His words seem to be like a punch in the face. She did not even think of it that way. She just saw how her mother and father were starving because all their money went to medicain for her. oh how tired both of them were from taking care of her.

"so you think once you figure out why you have such a connection with me you kill me" She bite her lip a little "i guess i can't blame you, you would have no better use for me once you figured it out. and you wouldn't want some mortal hanging around you all the time"
 
He looked at her. "Oh no, I won't kill you unless you wish it." He said. "But im also saying is that I can change you into a vampire so you won't ever have to worry about any illness again." He said. "Besides even if I find a connection I doubt I could kill you." He said. "So for now let's get you something to eat." He said.

Standing up viper held out his hand to her. He wanted to make sure she was treated well while she stayed as one of his quests. And maybe a future bride if she wanted to live.
 
Lily smiled softly as he said he would not kill her unless she asked it of him. "oh so you think you would want me around you forever do you. What if i turn out to be an annoying creature" she teased a little. she felt a live the first time in a long time and she wanted to show it.

She slowly rose out of bed and moved closer to him. She was standing in front of him "i just wanted to thank you for helping me" She then leaned in and gave him a quick soft kiss on the lips.
 
Other then a female vampires kiss where blood was sometimes traded between the two. This one was different and warm full of more then enough for him to decide why he was indeed connected to her. But he would save it till she was better. "Annoying?" He asked. "Hmm if you get like that I might have to lock you up." He grinned at her. The kiss still in his mind.

"Thank you for the kiss." He said putting his hand out for her to take. "I will repay it."
 
Lily took his hand in hers. she smiled brightly up to him "no you don't have to repay it the kiss was for you. Now if you wanted to kiss me just to kiss me then that is fine" Part of Lily hoped he would. She felt a strong connection between them and she wanted more.
 
He lifted her head slightly and leaned down to steal her lips in a kiss. His teeth could be felt against her own lips as he held the kiss. He didn't know how long she could hold one but if she was having trouble breathing he would end it slowly and with some passion. The kiss was much more warming and passionate then he had shared with any other female of his kind.
 
At his request lily titled her head back up to him. Then she felt his lips pressed against hers and sighed softly. It felt wonderful. Her lips moved against his kissing him back deeply and passionetly.

He kissed her deeper and more of a passionate kiss as he pulled her closer to his body. It felt natural to have a someone in his arms and the kissing it all felt normal. Was he meant to meet her and fall for this human female. Or was it because he felt sorry for her and the need to save her.
 
Lily kissed him back just as deeply. Her lushes lips parted and her tonuge slide out and into his mouth to play with his tonuge. But as she did so her tonuge brushed against his fang cutting the tender flesh. At first she didn't noticed to lost in the kiss to notice as her red sweet blood dripped into the vampires mouth. But soon she felt the sting and she had to break the kiss.
 
He tasted the blood right when it touch his tooth. It was glorious but it didn't compel him to go and take more from her. "Im sorry I should have let you know." He said as he looked down into her eyes. The kiss was something he wanted to have happen again but he was sure after the cut on her tongue she wouldn't for a little bit.
 
"its fine, it shocked me more than it hurt me was all." Lily smiled softly at him. She then placed a soft kiss on his lips again. Her tonuge already began to clot. She was pressed tight him never wanting to move away from him. She didn't understand it. Lily had never been in love before, in fact she had never cared about a man before but now suddenly she started to care about this one.
 
"Well that's good." He said softly as he kissed her lips again never once in his life had their been such a women that would strike his heart to beat like a humans. He had lost that passion long ago but now This sick near death human sparked it again. Whatever she was he would not let harm befall her if he could prevent it he would. Even if it meant having her turned into a Vampire.
 
Lily had her arms wrapped around him tightly her mortal heart racing in her chest. what was it about this vampire that made her want him so. Her head came to rest on his shoulder. She was able to breath in scent and to her he smelled heavenly. it was so wonderful.
