Adelaide groaned. She had just finished her first week in college and already her back pack felt like it weighed the amount of an obese child. Parking in the designated spot of their apartment, she turned off the egine and leaned her head back with a groan. All she wanted to do was take photography. Why the fuck did she even need to take math and a history class.
Opening the door, she swung out a leg and stood up wincing. Shit, her back was killing her. Reaching back, she grabbed the offensively heavy bag. Closing the car door, she walked into the apartment and climbed the stairs to their third level apartment. It was nice. Especially for the price they got it at. And what was more, she got to share her room with Joni. A large formed over the felines features.
Adelaide was a orange tabby cat. She stood at 5'6 and wore simple tennis shoes. Adelaide was the type of girl who didn't wear make up too often. Her green eyes looked down as she reached a hand into her pocket and pulled out the keys. Dark red orange stripes ran down her arms and up her ears. Her ears were pierced twice.
Opening the door, she stepped through and dumped the heavy bag to the floor as she kicked off her shoes. She wore simple jeans and a t-shirt. Walking over, she began to rummage through the fridge. Great, it was the weekend and she would veg out. Grabbing some left over spaghetti, she put in the microwave. As her food was heating up, she moved to her room and pulled off her clothes to replace them with Garfield sleep pajamas and a tank top.
She moved back to her food and got a fork and sat down on the couch and began to eat wondering where her best pal all through High school, Joni was.
