Chloe Seemed to be the exact opposite of her parents even if you took away the age difference they had nothing in common with each other. Her parents where the church parents, taught CCD,always volunteered and went to any function the church ran,and only had cable for the news. Along with being the most boring parents on earth they were pushy in making sure Chloe grew up right, picking her clothes, dates and what she could watch or read. Chloe on the other hand had never really cared for the church and thought her parents dumb for being so involved. Though that was only recently her whole childhood she was their good daughter, but towards end of middle school she became curious with the mythology of demons, vampire lore and started embracing a Gothic lifestyle wanting to know everything she could. Though she had to hide the books she borrowed or her parents would most likely burn them on her.
Two days after her birthday turning 17 she was tired of hiding her books, clothes and makeup she just wanted to be able to leave the house dressed how she wanted to and not have to change in a coffee shop bathroom before getting to school. It was summer and she wasn't a morning person so she rolled out of bed around 11, showered and dressed in her favorite outfit. Her parents both worked so she would have until six before they got home. She left for the town to spend the money she got for her birthday and there was a new flea market today so she figured it might be worth a shot. After wandering around the stalls she came across one that seemed like it was there for her, it was owned by an old man probably trying to clear up the attic. Most of his wares for old classic books, some she never heard of, odd figures and few charms. But what caught her eye was a faded book with no tittle, she picked it up and scanned the pages all of it in some odd language and the ink almost looked like dried blood. It was perfect and the man sold it cheap playing only twenty bucks for it and two charms. As she flipped through the book she came across a page that had be translated and merely labeled summon and instantly wanted to try it.
She had spent the next few days gathering everything required for the spell. She didn't know if it would work but her main plan was to set it up in the living room so her parents could walk in it. They knew about her gothic embrace and did their best to curb it and even threw out all of her clothes that she bought herself. So she just wanted to scare them not caring if this spell actually worked. Finally she had everything she needed and spent the day prepping the living room and read over the lines in her head. Finally as it got closer she cut her hand with a knife letting the a few drops of a virgins blood mix with everything else, out of the corner of her eye she could she the door open as hermomand dad walked in both shocked at seeing her and the spell and speechless at the moment
