It was late autumn into the fifteenth year of this experiment. The experiment was to create a bioweapon that could be controlled and take orders from human superiors while remaining hidden among the enemy. Vextan McCormick was the top scientist for the job and had been called in for his work in bioengineering. Through his toiling he had created a beast that had the ability to seem like just a large dog. A very large longhaired dog with a very flexible tail that sheathed a spike with a deadly neurotoxin, that is. Vextan looked over at his newest assistant. His higher ups had sent another assistant when one of his other experiments had eaten the last one. Looking over at the infuriating man, he flicked his emerald eyes over the other before looking back at his beaker. Vextan would have to find some way to get rid of this one to. The man messed up everything he touched. He had broken over ten beakers in the short amount of time the clumsy oaf had been with him. In that time the man had also started standing on Vextan’s last nerve with his mouth. The other man was ridiculous and had ideas that made no sense. Project Alpha had been going on schedule until this man had set them behind three months. If only there was a way he could….yes that was it.
Picking up a syringe he filled it with a chemical that would replicate the scent of a woman on her estrus cycle. It could lead to all kinds of side effects that could range from the growth of breast that could lactate and fertility where there should never have been. Pulling back his blonde hair, Vextan checked the label before tripling the dose. He wanted the man to be in a heat similar to that of a feline’s unending one. He wanted this ‘assistant’ to suffer for being a pain in the ass. Experiment Delta should kill what it is ordered to. It shouldn’t be swayed by something as minimal as a man in heat. Clicking a button on the console, he watched the steel plates life up and reveal Experiment Delta.
Experiment Delta for all intents and purposes looked like a large breed of dog. The long haired black fur was a little noticeable in the way it had no dullness or other colors. A long tail curled around the front of the creature, its tail long enough to curl all the way around its body. Sitting quietly in a corner, it didn’t look like a weapon of mass destruction. However that didn’t mean it didn’t need to be respected…something that his assistant was going to learn too late. He told the man something monotonous, something that had the assistant following him without worry next to the door of the glass cage. Opening the door he acted like he was going to go in before injecting the chemical into the man and pushing him in. He grinned at the sight before him, slamming and locking the door shut. Yes, this was a perfect way to test his experiment and use his assistant. He watched the man fall to the floor and wraithe before looking at his experiment. “Experiment Delta….end him.” He smirked, pulling his hair back as he went back to his lab station to sit and watch.
