They had played these games together so long that their characters simply complemented each other. They loaded up their Game and excitedly stepped out into their brand new world.

It was amazing! Every sight, every smell was so real that they almost felt as if they where in the real world. They stared around them in utter amazement as they went through the instructions on how to lock onto enemies, how to equip weapons, how to use spells, and everything else they needed to know, including logging in and out, pausing, entering the Main Menu and exiting the game as well as pulling up the map and how to check their quests. They where eager to get started, and soon set off in the direction of the 'arrow' letting them know where the nearest Quest was.

"Welcome! Welcome to the game Infinite Fantasy! I am a GM on this server, Daltus, and I would like to say I'm very glad to see all you prospective players here today! This is a full immersion game using The Pod, and you can do almost literally anything here! If you have any questions, feel free to talk to me, and I will assist any of you!"

they stepped into a tiny village and grinned. it was barley three houses, but there was an Inn where they could sell their supplies and look for mini quests for more gold. they stepped inside and spoke with the innkeeper. sold all of their fur and meat and bought a few more Health potions. then they checked the 'Quest Board' and looked it over. there was only one quest available in the little town, but it looked to be very interesting. every night a monster or a beast of some sort came into the village and terrorized the villagers and took off with the livestock. usually sheep but the occasional horse or Cow tended to go missing, and every once and a while the monster would take off with a villager. so the two took the quest and headed out to wait for nightfall. they where excited for their first quest, and they readied themselves as the Monster approached. they couldn't see it yet, but they could hear the footsteps. all they had to do was kill it and then they could gather their gold and find another village.
