The night was young and yet it was energetic. People roamed the streets of Seattle and a wide variety of people were out and about. Tonight was a night to celebrate as a small festival was going on. What started as a small event turned into a large wide-scale festival of fun that spread from block to block. What started as a small carnival turned into a giant Timesquare look-alike.

Nathan was roaming the streets, eyes out and watching for anyone suspicious. He was a hunter of sorts...a hunter of the supernatural. But he was after one person in particular...someone who could lead him to the biggest hunt of his life before he would retire. After growing parched, he withdrew into a nearby bar, and sat down in a booth after ordering a drink for him. Even then, he seemed to be on alert...

For Raven, a night like tonight was prime for hunting. She'd been roaming North America for decades, a little over a hundred years, and out of every city she'd ever stopped in for longer than a month, Seattle was someone she wanted to stick around for more than a little while. It was full of nightlife, especially young adults ready to throw themselves at her feet after a few glances down her skin tight shirt, and a couple drinks. Keeping herself fed was way too easy nowadays, especially with those stupid Twilight books out.

Untangling herself from the dance floor, her partner giving her a bit of a disappointed look, but the seductive once she gave him right back seemed to silence him - for now -, she approached the bar and ordered herself a simple rum and coke. Leaning against the bar, she slowly glanced around, taking in everyone who was turning her enough to get a good look at them, scanning for her next actual victim. She wasn't in the mood for hunting down someone hard to get, so she'd need someone intoxicated; and hopefully someone attractive, but not attractive enough to make her regret draining him without having some sort of fun, first.

Raven's drink arrived before she could notice anyone, her hand coming to grip the glass tightly. Lifting it up to her lips, she smirked through her first small mouthful, her eyes gleaming for a moment until they cast over a figure she wasn't too sure about in a back booth. Narrowing her eyes, she tilting her drink to her lips once more, swallowing another large mouthful. Tonight'll be interesting.." she thought to herself.

Nathan had soon taken notice of the woman...and stayed where he was. He was eying her across the room. She was different...he could tell. She was paler, as if she was dead but alive. Eventually he would move over toward her...And moved to the seat in front of her across the table. "Hello there." He said simply as he rested his head on a propped up arm, and looked to her. "I don't suppose you know of anything interesting happening around here other than that dreadful festival going on outside...I'm sort of looking for someone in particular...someone a little unique and not like everyone else...Do you know anyone like that?"
