Hunter had been sitting in history class when it happened, the teacher got a phone call and kids started talking, like normal...until he told Hunter to go to the office. Everyone's gaze was on the brunette as she stood up about to leave when the teacher stopped her "You might want to take your things." The look in his eyes scared her, it was a sad look. She grabbed her things and hurried out running down the hall when the door shut. She stood outside the office and walked in as she pushed her hand over her shoulders, standing there talking to the principal was a police officer. She figured he was probably here to get a kid with drugs or something but when he walked over to her, her heart stopped "Ms. Willows?" He asked, The young girl nodded slowly and looked past him to the principal who had turned and walked back into her office "Ms. Willows please come with me." It wasn't a suggestion but more a command as she took hold of her upper arm and took her to his squad car, the car right was an awkward silence as he took her to the hospital where she learned what happened to her parents.
Hunter rubbed her eyes trying to get the memory out of her head, she stood on the side walk in front of her brothers house with her suitcases around her and the same cop who had taken her to her parents knocking on the door, Hunter's eyes where red and puffy from all the crying she had done, even her cheeks had red streaks. She sniffled and kept her eyes down, she was out of tears but she was still shaken from the news. Her white shirt had black marks on its sleeves from her rubbing her cheeks and eyes.
