Kohaku is riding down the road in her horse pulled wagon. Her wares make noise as she goes along the dirt road. She is on her way to the next small town where she is going to try and sell some of her wares. She herself is dressed like a man to make it easier on her to sell things.

She spots something in the distance. Once closer she notices that it looks like a human. She pulls on the reigns which stops the two horses pulling the wagon. After she quickly gets down and hurries over to the man who seemed to be hurt.
 
cadin lay at the side of a ruined building of the city of niare, he had survived a slaughter of sorts. He had wandered around searching for help before he had come to this pile of rubble, feeling weak he had closed his eyes and cursed through his teeth “ damn you king of niare you betrayed us all” cadin let out a huff of anguish and despair as his mind relayed the images of the bloody slaughter.

that is when he heard the galloping of horses underfoot, turning his head slightly he saw a trading carevan, he became to groggy to ask the traveler for help as he closed his eyes arms outstretched falling to his side.
 
She looks at his wounds noticing that the deeper ones were still bleeding. She uses all her strength to pick him up onto her back and take him over to the back of her caravan. She sets him down in the back and pulls the cloth back over the back of the caravan. She hurries to get back onto her horse and looks for the nearest town on the road.

When she sees Niare she gets excited because she could get some help there. Once closer though she can smell blood from humans coming from the town. She figures it is best to not look with someone hurt in the back of her caravan already.She quickly gets back onto the road and heads to the nearest forest area to get out of the sun because she was starting to get hot. She quickly sees a forest in the distance and then hurries the horses to get there faster.
 
cadin felt an arm grab him were he lay, his wounds sore he let the traveler do this kind act. he felt the sun on his face momentarily as he was taken out of the shade and into to the carevan. it felt warm inside and he dared a peek as the carevan started to move again.

around him were wares of all sorts, including enchanment tones that seemed to be older then his ancestors, curios cadin pushed himself up against the side wall bumping a vase of variouse colors, cadin looked out one side of the carevan to find they were headed towards a small forest, it would be weird to find who his rescuer was so he stayed in the back waiting.
 
Kohaku was happy to find a pond in the forest. She pulled on the reigns once she got close enough to the pond to see her caravan from it. She hops down from her caravan and quickly tightens the cloth around her breasts just to make sure they were tight enough so that no one could tell she was female. Once she is satisfied she hurries to the back of the caravan and peeks in. She notices he had moved and thinks to herself so that's what I heard. She was angry that her vase had broken in half but figures she should tend to the man first. As she climbs in next to him she asks "Can you speak?"
 
caden opens his eye as the neiko climbs into the back of the caravan, he smiles at the question the neiko mutters out “yes.. just a bit sore” as he said this he investigated its body to see if it was a he or a she, he could not quite tell until he brought himself in a sitting position.
she was very pretty but all her defined details did not show, he knew she was a she only becuase of her face which awestruck him, “ may i ask your name, mine is cadin by the way” he lifted his hand in a shaking gesture and pain rippled doen his side.

he looks down at his gashes on his mid side and scowls at how weak he felt, but he kept his arm strong awaiting the return to his gesture.
 
She sternly says "First of all, you shouldnt be moving unless its a necessity. Second the name I go by is Kohaku."

Her voice gets a little more caring as she says "Do you need any food or drink? If so I will get you something to tide you over while I tend to your wounds."

She starts to dig around the caravan looking for her first aid kit once she finishes talking.
 
he listens and almost laughs but he kept himself from it, “ water and bread would be fine” cadin said tired, he wanted to get out of the caravan though it felt smaller then ussual, he sighed looking at kohaku and saw how beutifull she was
 
Kohaku finds a glass jar as well as the first aid kit and sets them by the edge of the caravan. She then grabs a small loaf of bread and breaks it in half. She hands one half to him and sets the other half back down. She then gets out of the back and says "I will be right back with some water. If you want to make it easy on me to help fix your wounds the move yourself to the edge of the caraven and I will help you get down."
She heads to the front and pours some water from her large pot of water she had there into the glass jar.
 
Cadin took the bread and slowy ate it peice by peice and took the water as she poured it into the jar, he sipped from it wanting to swallow it all down at once, but he kept himself at bay of it. He stared at kohaku and sighed slightly he had not befreinded a neiko before but he guessed he could try.
“Were do you come from kohaku” he said walking slightly to the edge of the caravan, cadin took another sip of the water before ruffling his raven black hair making it look like he was a raggamuffin, he then got whipped in the face by a furry object. he laughed when he noticed it was kohoka, “ does your tail always do that?” he asked still laughing slightly of his scare.
 
"Oh sorry I didn't mean to hit you."

She puts his arm around the back of her neck. "Can you stand? I want to get you out of the back of here. We can talk more once you are moved and I start to tend to your wounds."
 
he stood for her pain slightly stiffining his legs, but he walked slightly her arm around him still, it felt warm and welcoming he sighed knowing that this lady, kohaku would leave him alone at some point our he would stay with her.
he looked at her face so pretty besides his, for some reason he wanted to kiss her as a thanks but he shyed away from that thought and looked toward the stars in dire need of explanation and fortelling but for know he would stick with kohoka until she sought him fit.
 
She walks Cadin over to the pond and sits him down next to it. She sets the firs aid kit down next to him. She then kneels on the ground and takes a bowl, herbs, as well as a few other things out or the first aid kit. As she dips the bowl into the water and starts to put some herbs into the water in the bowl she says "Im amazed that you weren't taken aback by me. I know my kind does not normally travel far from where we originate."

As she speaks her eyes grow sad. She shakes her head and they turn back to normal. She then starts to mash the herbs into the water and the water starts to thicken a bit. Without looking up she says "Now so you don't freak out I will tell you what the herbs I put in here do. One is to make sure the water won't infect the wounds, some are to help it heal and the other is to clean your wound."
 
“ no worry i trust you” cadin smiled as he murmurred this pushing his hair out of his face, he had come to find he had started to like kohoka, then he thought forebodingly that one of the herbs might hurt him. He decided not to think of it and lay there awaiting to see what she decided to use.
cadin looked at her precuriuosly and grabbed the brace arround her chest seeing if it was a wound or something else, he didnt want to seem mean he was just curios.
his face flushed as he realized it was to disguise that kohoka was female,.... it was for her breasts, he also almost laughed, “ are you intentionently trying to hide your gender!” he hugged her slightly “ no need to do that” he smilled happily.
 
As she quickly grows furious she blushes. "First of all why did you touch me there!? Do you normally go around grabbing people!?"

She takes a few deep breaths and then continues on talking in a slightly calmer tone. "Yes I do it intentionally. People are already less likely to by my wears because of what I am. They don't need another reason to not by them."

She looks closely at his wounds as she dabs a cloth in the thickened water. "Now this is going to hurt. Are you ready?"
 
“ of course, i can handle it” he said this bracing himself, his face was still a deep crimson. he did not mean to act so inmodest he just wanted her to know she could be who she wanted, “ i dont usualy act like that no, im sorry i did not mean to.” he sighed.
he did not want to lose kohaku and make her angry at him so he stayed silent until she finished.
whilst he waited he surveyed the scenery it was quite peacefull and the birds singing amongst the tree's, he loved this type of place.
 
To clean his wounds she dabbed the cloth on them. As she did this though her stomach growled. Once finished, while continuing to kneel there she says "Are you still hungry because I am starving. All I ate today was an apple and I am craving meat."

She quickly puts the supplies back into the first aid kit. Once Kohaku is done and is waiting for an answer,she looks and him and blushes because of how easily she was found out and because of another reason she couldn't quite figure out.
 
Fading winches as she dabs the herbs on they leave a slight tingle but the pain subside temporarily and he is able to stand straight, he smiled at kohaku and nodded " yes I am very hungry, thank you for the offer" he walked gingerly over to the side of the caravan and sat on a stump grabbing at his carrier pack hidden along his back and brought out of it a clean shirt.
he took his shirt of to reveal several scars that had just been gouges earlier this week, luckily with certain wounds his magic heals it as well as inflicts it upon his enemy's that was only one ability he had he barely even knew of all his powers, fading then put on his clean shirt and stood up " what Keats do you have to feast on, also I know this is a risky question but may I travel along side you? It would be my debt and honor to help you as you are helping me!" Fading exclaimed this stepping closer to her his eyes endearing.

As he changes his shirts Kohaku walks to the back of the caravan. She sets the first aid kit back in it. She takes out the vase that had been broken earlier and drops it on the ground. She then turns to him. "I have no meat as of right now but if we are lucky I will be able to get some. As for if you can stay or not we will have to see how well you can sell things."

She then looks at him sternly. "Can you keep a secret for me. Its a secret that only my kind knows about."
 
"Yes of course madam" he said this sarcasticly, but he waited for her to tell the secret, that he was seriuos about so he listened whilst he rummaged through his bag looking for the spark runes. He found them easily and placed them on the ground gently making sure they did not touch, he looked up every onelce and a while to listen " but if it includes magic I can definitely be trusted with it" so he she did not have to worry.
he wanted badly to hear but he ran and grabbed a few logs and birch limbs and placed them in a tent formation and then whispered an old language he barely understood himself, and in an instant fire uvula, he smirked at his magic then went back to listening he did not want to leaves kohaku to bay him from the secret one bit.
 
She watches him work on getting a fire started while every so often looking at the sky. She noticed that the sun was starting to set. Once Caden was finished she says "Its not so easy to explain. Its easier to show but for me to show you, you will have to close your eyes. Also I wouldn't call it magic per-say."
 
"Well ok" he closed his eyes expecting some weird phenomonon to happen, he awaited her to do something but whislt he waited cadin listened to the world around to the things that breathed to the things that heather out its last dying breaths, his master taught him to listen to the stars as he did know to listen to life and answer its wishes to listen to death and obey it, and when done listining upon the earth obeying and and helping it take control of it let it revolve around encased you, .... and take control.
Master the ability of life itself as well as death not to let it constrain you from its wants and needs, Caron took all this innate once remembering, reconciling , trying to forget as well as remember and he wanted to open his eyes to embrace kohakunyet she did not show him her secret he felt all the greif her kind felt every day to therebsleeping nights. But he stoped himself awaiting her to do as she would.
 
Once Kohaku is sure his eyes are closed she quickly takes off her clothes. Once they are off she gets on all fours and takes a deep breath. She concentrates and then she quietly says "Majesticat."

After that one word is spoken her body starts to transform. Her face grows a short muzzle, her hands and feet turn to paw, black and glowing yellow fur covers her body, white wings sprout from her back and her tail's tip turns into a silver looking metal. Once everything is fully transformed she looks like a black lioness with glowing yellow spots and large white wings.

Kohaku smirks and walks over to Cadin. She sits there and puts a paw to his face.
 
cadin awaited listening as he did, it sounded like kohaku was changing clothes or getting something from her caravan. he waited until something slightly radiating warmth stoped in front of him, curiosity was driving him mad he wanted to know “ may i open my eyes? and please dont presume that being sneaky and slapping a person in the face a secret as well as funny.” He said this trying to be joyfull in a subtle and silent moment.
Without awaiting an answer cadin slowly opened his eyes, what he saw awestruck as well as baffled him! A lion that was black and a glowing goldish-yellow, as well as having wings. Cadin put out his hand to touch who he presumed was kohaku, her paw felt slightly rough but the fur felt like priceless silk, “ this is you kohaku... right?” he asked amazed at her secret and the power it held “ becuase this is fucking amazing” cadin exasperated, he then took note to the fact that her clothes... were on the ground “ thats why you had me close my eyes” he slightly mumbled under his breath.
he wanted to know more and see more but he would have to wait and see if kohaku would get angry at him for looking before told, he almost felt like kohaku would pounce on him for doing something wrong.
 
Kohaku nods at him while looking at him curiously. She was amazed at his courage. She flicks her tail and the metal on the tip grows over her body. It covers all but her eyes and the bottom of her paws. Once it is finished it looks like armor. "Im going to go hunt. WIll you stay here and watch the caravan and fire?"
