The Sienheim Junior College is rather a small college with about 500 attendees. It isnt really a community college although many attendees are from the area. But out of special interest, a young woman from the college made the Garter and Choker club, a club for anyone who has a special interest in wearing lingerie in everyday life. There will be special events throughout the year and hopefully it will be a lot of fun.
I came up with this idea inspired by some ecchi animes. The rest of the plot will follow later.
