Wholock or Hetaila request (or any variation there of)

I have two female oc that I would like to use. One is the lovely Antarctica, who's home fandom is Hetalia. She looks to be around 20, but since she is from Hetalia she is almost as old as sailing itself.

The other one is the fabulous Roger Lily Stevenson who has as many forms as an eevee does evolutions (What? Can't a girl like pokemon?). Her first and foremost form is the great great great granddaughter of the Doctor, though she has also been just a plain human, granddaughter to the master, blonde, brunette and redhead, and ranging from ages 20 to 25. Whatever her hair color, age or linage is, she's still an obnoxious prick who acts younger then she actually is because she's Roger Fukkin Lily Stevenson. She's here to kick ass, take names, and go out for pizza.

I'm HOPING to find someone willing to play Romano for Antarctica, and someone to play Greg Lestrade for Roger, but I'm open to pretty much anything! I can play males, if you want to double up, most notably Rome and, though its odd since I'm looking for him, Greg Lesrtrade... I can be quite literate, ranging from six paragraphs up, but other times only do about three sentences. I work with what I am given, so my literacy really depends on you. Good grammar is a must, and third person is preferred, though I can deal with first. Second person is just a no.
