Alissa Thomas was desperate to buy her own car now that she was old enough. She had her licence after learning in her parents car, but no way would she be caught driving around in that thing. No, she wanted her own car, something new, something cool, the girl desperate for the popularity that it would bring. She'd put aside allowance, tried working part time jobs, but it was all too slow. At this rate she'd be finished college before she could buy anything even remotely acceptable in her eyes.
