NOT my fault...

Lately I'm getting warnings about attempted double posts and double sends. On my end, and in my defense, I have been getting quite a few 'network connection lost' so I of course, re-try...which re-sends messages. My connection is obviously not faulty, but if I get that message, I don't know that. This has both been on borrowed comp and my phone. How can this be changed?
