In front of the mirror on her vanity, Scarlet Jones sat brushing her long straight brown hair. She had been smiling all morning and it didn't look like it would be fading away anytime soon. She was just given the opportunity of a lifetime! It was her dream to become a successful business woman and while most girls her age start their careers by delivering coffee, she already made regional manager! It seemed babysitting that little snot for so many years finally paid off.
With her hair all brushed, she opened her make-up box. It wouldn't be anything too fancy. She didn't want it to look like she was trying too hard. Just some eyeliner, a light eyeshadow and lip gloss. There. She was ready. Her hair and make-up was done and she wore a simple navy blue pencil skirt and matching jacket with a white blouse underneath. After slipping on her black pumps, she grabbed her purse and headed out the door eager to begin her first day at work.
