Just wondering given that this post looks like gibberish, yet your thread title is fine and you have another post on here where the post is blank, but the title is also fine. However, to answer the question posed in your title:
If you go to the site rules (located in the Rules & Announcements section) you'll find that we do have rules about avatars. Basically, and to put it plainly, no nudity. You can read the details of that criteria in the rules themselves. We do have artists on site (the Recruiter Artists, they have threads posted in the Bluemoon Showcase) who create avatars for members as a service. They each have their own style and requirements of how they do things so if you go that route, be sure to read through their threads.
