Webb walked into the stone hallway that led to the massive seven story castle. Rumor was that a horrible creature was seducing men and kidnapping them in the middle of the night. Passing threw Webb decided to help the small village on the outskirts of the castle. Crouching low to the ground his hard spiked black silver tipped boots padded softly on the ground. His dark dress pants helped him blend in with the shadows as the massive blimps with search lights hovered over the castle. Webb had assumed that whoever owned the castle had the massive flying machines over head to act as a guard or remind the villagers who owned them.

Reaching into his long trench coat he withdrew a small thin light and turned the head that caused a dim light to shine so he could see. His left hand clasped the gun hilt that rested on his side and pulled at it. The belt around his waist came out and edged out into a swords blade that was connected to the gun handle at his side. His black cowboy hat with silver band covered his head and kept his brown hair pinned down. Slipping into the next room he looked around and his light went out. "Shit.." He muttered to himself. The sound of rain echoed out around him from the castle walls and he jerked around and he strained to make his eyes adjust.

Alisa laughed from what seemed like everywhere in the castle, "So little hunter, have you decide to help the village? Perhaps become a hero, where songs are sung about you, poems written, murals painted, statues built, all in your honor." She laughed again as it echoed throughout the entire castle, "Well my little hero, i hate to break it to you, but you are far too outmatched, as of this moment, it seems your little light has went out, and you are fumbling in darkness, nervously clutching your gun, waiting for me to come get you."

"I don't use guns demon....its a silver sword." Reaching up with his right hand Webb curled his pinkie finger in and caused a stream of fire to launch out of his wrist mounted flame thrower witch illuminated the room for just a second. For a moment he could see the dusty walls and amazing paintings hanging on them. It appeared he was in some sort of den and was coated with old furniture. Standing up straight he glanced around the room and dusted off his knees as he stood. Checking his body he felt the flask of holy water against his chest and the two wooden steaks strapped to his right and left side.

"Reveal yourself demon before I burn down your castle..." He sprayed the fire again as a warning shot and smiled. Raising his blade he smelled the air and had a quick memory if his first kill. "I know you don't fear the cross but I do know what will kill you...So surrender now" He took a step back and looked up at the sealing thinking she may attack from above him. His body tensed up and his muscles strained under his clothes as he prepared for the obvious fight at hand.

She manipulated him, throwing her voice seeming as if she was behind him, all around him, "Nervous, hunter?" She whispered, "This castle is very big, and i know every inch of it, as you do not." She ran by him, and into the next room, causing dust to stir up and the room to get cold, her very touch turned things ice cold.
"So come get me, im in the next room, you can have the first shot, but i warn you, if your aim is not true, it will be your last." she laughed again, cackling manically, knowing full well how he would react.

Taking a deep breath he looked into the room she had entered as the wooden barricade swung open and closed. Checking his left arm he pulled back his sleeve and revealed a mini crossbow strapped to it and loaded the wrist mounted device. Carefully he walked past the up kicked dust. His blue eyes scanned the room as he was un-able to make out what was in it. He tried to make out the shape of a woman but wasn't sure if he was looking at one or a standee for a dress. Quickly he fired off the bolt and sprayed the napalm flames at it in conjunction to make sure he hit his mark. He took a step back and raised his sword incase she managed to dodge his attack and readied himself for a fight.

She laughed from somewhere in the room, "Pity, you didnt bring more clothes." she let her aura out completely, the flames, turned to beautiful ice sculputures, "It might get a little cold in here." The glass cracked as it started to freeze over, "Now you have to ask yourself, do i really have the ability to freeze things at my will or am i manipulating your mind?"

"Only one way to know for sure..." Aiming up he sprayed the flames into the air and set the sealing on fire then aimed at a small bed and set it on fire. He went to fire a third burst but the fire wouldn't come out. He was empty and groaned in annoyance. Taking a step out of the room he waited for her to come out. He stood in the door way and watched as the flames swallowed the room with a smile on his face. "Soon..." He whispered to himself. He was getting excited to kill the beast.

Alisa let out an eerie exhale that chilled the room and froze the flames, "A wise gambit, at least you know now that i am not manipulating your mind, but your test of my capabilities has disabled a weapon of yours." The ice began to creep out of the room and towards his feet, she froze the doors shut, and there was no way out of the room, only then did she approach him, "So dear hunter, now that you have me in front of you, fire your crossbow, swing your sword, throw your holy water, that you pray hasnt turned to ice in its container, raise your cross, do what you must."

Webb strafed to his right and sung down his blade with an almost inhuman speed, faster than any human would be able to he pushed off the ice floor and slid across the room launching a second bolt from his crossbow at the spot he had just swung at. Unable to stop however he bumped into the frozen flames and slid to his side smacking his head on the ice covered floor. Dizzy from the impact he rolled to his hands and knees slowly pushing himself up and tried to regain his composure. He still wasn't sure if he was hearing things as he couldn't get a good view of his attacker.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, hunter, clearly you are not as good as you think you are, you keep letting me toy with your emotions, your desire to be a hero, you keep falling into yourself, you actually trust me to really be in front of you?" She laughed, "Id much rather manipulate your mind and trap you in a frozen room where the ice will never melt, and you are slowly running out of ammo, and soon your blade will be your last line of defense, and that alone will not stop me."

She was right and he was already down to his last bolt. Pushing himself to his feet he became worried about his surroundings. Pulling a steak from his side he chucked it at a window and watched as it bounced back. "SHIT" He cried out realizing the ice was to thick to break. He groaned and raised his blade shakily and looked about. "Ok...Im out of ammo so come now that I can't hit you with a surprise." He slashed at the ground making small grips for him to stand on and not slide on the ice. His shoulders relaxed and he took a deep breath. It was cold and exerting to much force could cause him to pass out.

She stood up from a chair in the corner of the room she had been sitting in the whole time. "You see hunter, its not what things are, its what they appear to be, i had not moved from this chair the whole time, but you were so busy focusing on where i was putting my voice, you walked by me numerous times. Now before you go swinging your sword at me, i ask that you put it down, because i am not the monster this village fears." The room unfroze, "And if you think you shouldnt trust me, think about this, on six different occasions i could have killed you, but i did not, i simply felt like a child in a candy shop, you were so easy to toy with, but this is not the monsters house, nor am i the monster, so put your blade down, and listen to the tale i have to tell."

Webb looked at the figure in the chair and took a deep breath. He didn't place his sword down but didn't make a move at her either. His eyes went to the ground and his mind raced with what he would do if she attacked. He didn't think he would survive and there was no way out of the room other than the window witch would lead to the blimps outside. He cleared his throat and spoke in almost a whisper. "Hurry up and speak your peace demon" He commanded and let his gaze wander up at her.

She shot a firey gaze back at him, almost a heat radiated off her eyes, as if a match had been lit behind them, "First of all mortal, you should humble yourself quickly, before i do it for you, you do not order me, nor do you call me demon, I do have a name, if so you wish to know it, i do wish to know yours. And second, if you do not put your blade down this instant, i will get up from this chair and take it from you, via ripping off your arm, now put it down."

Webb stiffened up and dropped his blade from fear of her voice. He looked down at his sword as it became a cloth of silver again. His eyes went to hers and he stammered over his words. "W-..Im Webb" He muttered in annoyance. "What are you doing to the men in this village?" He asked and almost knelt down for his blade but considered the idea and thought it would be a bad move at the moment. He took a deep breath and steadied himself. He couldn't tell what she looked like aside from her red eyes but could tell she was powerful and he was in over his head.

"I am doing nothing, there is another monster that lurks IN the village, and it has been using MY castle, to feed on its victims, i do not take kindly to unwelcome guests, but i can simply shoo and run the humans off, but another of my kind, killing innocent people, people whom i have watched over, and silently cured plagues and diseases for years! JUST TO SIMPLY KILL THEM AND THINK HE CAN WALK AWAY!??!!" Her voice shook the room, the windows cracked, she took a deep breath, "Sorry, sorry, my anger gets the best of me, i have been helping them, this other vampire has been simply framing me, and turned them against me, i cannot even go into the village anymore, i used to be welcomed by the families, would have dinner with them, play with their children, and now this beast has turned a people which i have strove so hard to protect against me...HOW COULD SOMEONE HAVE THE AUDACITY TO DO SOMETHING AS FIENDISH AS THAT?!?!" The walls shook again.

Webbs eyes shifted around the room watching the walls and his arms shot out to balance himself. He took a step back and dragged his blade with his foot as he did. He really didn't want to fight a creature as powerful as her but would have no issue about it if she attacked him. His arms tensed again and he slowly reached inside his jacket at his left side to grasp his steak. How would he know if the woman was speaking the truth about the other vampire? What if she was once again toying with him? "How can I trust your word?" He asked as he withdrew the steak and let his arms fall to his sides showing her he had no intention of outright attacking her. Webb was ready to leap out the window if need be but wanted to hear her out first since she didn't out right kill him he assumed there was at least a partial truth to her story. "Come into some light and reveal yourself to me at the least"

She stood up and stepped into the pale light, "How can you not take my word, honestly, do you think at this point i would have to get up to kill you? After you passed by me so many times, you think that it wasnt well within my reach to kill you? You think i cannot now? Why would a being such as myself, who obviously reeks of power, really hesitate to kill you if she did not have a reason to? I have a reason to ask for your help, for you see, even though we have a keen sense of smell, we lack the ability to track our own kind, i think its because we can only smell living things, and since i am dead, i have no scent, and this beast as a very weak aura, and no abilities, i suspect he was turned, for a born vampire such as myself, would have a gift."

"Look I-uhhh" He was stunned by her beauty and lost track of his words. Taking a breath and composing himself he smiled at her. "I only found you because everyone kept talking about the castle and if he is in your castle why don't you just freeze the place up completely and leave? I mean surely you have abilities and he doesn't aside from the increased speed and strength. Or seduce him you have the...looks to do it." Webb made a motion at her body and the curves she had showing he did indeed find her somewhat attractive. "Its not like he can sense you coming right?"

She hung her head, "Sadly my young friend, everyone can see me coming, i am the oldest vampire alive, my aura is extremely potent, even a turned vampire would know i was in the area, and flee as quickly as possible, but this one is brave, he knows i cannot find him, but he knows where i lurk at all times, and this castle has been around for centuries, i dare not leave it, its my home, its where one fateful day, i will die." For a moment she had a look on her face of sadness, she was reminiscing about something.

"Well what do you want me to do...kill him for you? Im sure he can smell me because I can smell him" Webb realized what he had said and quickly shut his mouth. He was cursing at himself on the inside for revealing he could do that and making it obvious he had some sort of power. His heart started to race and his blood pumped threw his body quickly. He was sure now that she would force him to work with her and that he really didn't want to do.
