It was the start of a lovely morning. The suns rays were only just starting to crack over the small urban town, and already their was activity in the two story house. It was a small house, but one in which the amarican dream could be lived, everything from a backyard with a wood line fence. Hard wood floors with a few rugs here or there. and a tree out in the front yard. It was what most people would have expected to be a peaceful area.
Today was a sunday, for most it would have been the day when they would sleep in, and with no clouds in the sky it was shaping up to be a fine day for all involved.
The movement as it was came from Mark, a tall man and the master of the house. His dark green eyes were wide awake, as he walked the creaking stares to the second floor. Passing the master bedroom and his still sleeping wife inside. In a few hours she would go to work and it would be only him and his daughter alone in the house. He walked up too his daughter's door as he had done so many other times, opening the door slowly so as to not make a sound, and closing it gently behind him.
Once inside he smiled opening the curtains and letting pre-dawn light poor into his daughters room. Mark's pale skin seemed to glow as he stood back for a moment enjoying the fresh air. He stretched and walked up too his daughters bed, before pulling off her covers from her bed rather rudely. "Wake up. It's time for your morning choirs." He said with a quick grin.
