My pm box says it's full but I deleted everything from my inbox, is that just an error or do I need to delet other things too?

You need to empty out your trash folder.

This has been brought up in this section several times and has been mentioned in the R&As sections and is even mentioned in the Rules.... you have to empty ALL folders for things to actually deplete in number. This means, when you delete things they go to the trash. But, things stay in the trash for a bit before finally actually 'disappearing'. To hasten this, go into your trash box and manually delete.
