Trista sighed as she walked through her home and headed towards her kitchen to pour herself a glass of wine. She had had a hard day dealing with her company and the morons who wanted to questions her decisions. She was glad it was now 3pm and she was home for day and out of the long ass meeting which she was overly eager to strangle a few people during. Now she could relax and unwind and decide how she would go about her weekend while hoping she did not get a call from her company that someone had fucked up yet again.
Taking a bottle of expensive red wine from the cabinet, she poured herself a glass of the rich red liquid and took a long sip before refilling the glass and putting up the bottle. Taking her glass, she walked into the living room and sat down on her couch and propped up her feet on the leather ottoman as she simply enjoyed the peacefulness of her home. She would not sit here long though as she was anxious to get out of her current business attire of a elegant long beige skirt, white stocking, black heels, and a black blazer style dress top. Reaching up behind her, she grabbed the end of her bun and freed her long blonde hair to let it cascade down over her shoulders and over the back of the couch.
Trista smiled as she noted Steven come in the house and make his way into the living room where she sat. She could tell just by his appearance that he was stressed like her and tired. Apparently he had rushed over yet again from school. She admired him. Not only was he handsome for his age but he was loyal to her and went the extra effort to please her in working for her. Looking him over she smiled up at him and patted the empty couch beside her. “no worries, here sit with me and catch your breath and relax for a few minutes.” she offered him and watched as he sat down. “Im not worried about you being late. You have always shown up to work no matter what and always done what I asked. School is important so I dont mind if it keeps you late so no need to apologize. As far as what I need today...” she paused on a sigh as her weekend plans played through her mind. “I need you to tidy and made any repairs or updates needed to the guest bed room across the hall from yours. I have two friends, a couple, who are going to come and stay for a short time. I dont know if they will stay just a day or two or if they will stay longer so we need to make preparations for that. Also I have a business party tomorrow night that I need your help getting ready for. I will have many important clients and business partners coming over for the event so if you can stay all weekend it would be much appreciated.” she said as she then took another long sip of her wine. She was both happy and sad at her friends Alexis and Azreal coming over. She loved them like family but seeing them so happy together often left her feeling lonely. She wanted what they shared but they were not your average couple. To add to her stress she had a well known CEO of another company coming to the party to discuss a merger with her. If things went well then she would close a deal that would improve her company and send it to new heights. However if things went badly then it could cost her millions for her company. It was why she had just fired 3 people today for being idiots and why she had been forced to endure a long meeting to straighten her people out on what was to come. No doubt Steven could see the stress, worry, and longing within her as she gazed for a moment at a far wall before pulling herself back to the present and forcing a smile at him. “so how was your day and how is school going?” she asked him then being sociable with him while he rested a minute.

GoldenGateSon said:It was 3:04 as Steven round out of his school’s main entrance towards Trista’s house. His last class had gotten out late, and he was worried that he might arrive late at work. Luckily for him, her house actually wasn’t too far from his school, and as he arrived at her front door panting, it was only 3:10. He knocked on her door as was customary, but given that he had already been working for her for quite some time, this was just a formality as. He pulled out the set of keys which she had given him some time ago and unlocked the front door, stepping inside shortly after. Closing the door behind him, he glanced around quickly before spotting Trista lounging on the couch. “H-Hi, Trista,” he said panting. “S-Sorry if I’m late. I got help up in class for a little while.”
He set his bag down by the door as he always did before closing it. Walking to the front of the couch, he stood before her in a fitting gray, long-sleeved shirt and dark blue jeans, running his hands through his black hair. “Do you have anything you’d like me to do right now?” Steven had been working for Trista since his freshman year in high school, and since he was already about to graduate, he had been in her employ for quite some time. It was her house that he came straight to after school every day, and it was in one of her guest bedrooms that he had spent many nights sleeping. His parents were often quite busy themselves and were in fact quite happy that he had found a source of income, not minding that he didn’t come home for days at a time. Trista’s was his second home.
