Jake Blaze sighed as he walked into the kitchen to fix dinner. Not that it would be anything spectacular. Jake was a handsome young man of twenty years, sporting flame red hair that was mid-neck length, and ice blue eyes. He was six feet tall, with a thin, muscular build from working out. His current outfit consisted of jeans, white sneakers, a brown belt, a red t-shirt, and he was always seen outside of the house with his trademark black leather jacket. He was an unabashed video game fanatic, but wasn't labeled an otaku. He had a fairly good job, went to college, and worked out. All in all, he had a pretty good life.
Except...having a lover. He had never been seen as date-worthy in high school, and had suffered through loneliness for years. Things didn't get any better when SHE moved in next door. He sighed as he looked out the kitchen window at the neighboring house as he made a turkey sandwich, mayo and mustard as the only condiments. That minx should be coming home soon.....
