Pirate Raid (Cerberus and Freckled Beauty)

[Cerberus]

The year was 2013, and the Maelstrom slowly pulled into the port and a few crew members jumped down to tie the large ship off as the anchor was dropped down. The 1st mate of the ship looked around before walking out as he secured his belt and coat. “The ship is secured and we're ready to head in for supplies and some fun, permission to debark sir?” The 1st mate looked up at his captain who nodded and walked down from the top deck and to the gangway as he walked out.

The captain and his first mate walked along the dock before grabbing 2 horses and started to ride off through the town. As they rode they noticed many of their men heading into what appeared to be one of the local taverns. The two men nodded and tied their horses off to a post set in front of the tavern and walked in. The Atmosphere would be like many of the hundreds of taverns they had been to before.

There was music going on and drinks being served. A young lad was working as waiter and helping out the owner of the tavern as he kept an eye over the patrons and order

The tavern was owned by a Daphne, and her three daughters, Alexis, Ophelia, and the youngest Vanessa. She had been running the tavern since Alexis was five and the young woman was now twenty. It was a family business but when the place grew in popularity Daphne realized that she needed some extra help beyond a cook so she hired a young man. Though at times the teasing was unintentional all the women had grown use to doing so. When the men who filled her bar arrived Daphne had been in the back balancing books and making certain that everyone would get that weeks pay. Her daughters where in the front handing out food and drinks and filling glasses.

"Coming through!" Alexis cried with a smile on her lips as she did a soft twirl to avoid a man and get to a table. She placed the pints on the table for the four men who quickly took them and began to chug them down.

Vanessa was busy behind the bar keeping her tap flowing with all the cries for beers coming her way.

Ophelia held her tray of piping hot food high above her head until she reached a table in the middle of the room. It was the largest in the place surrounded by smaller tables. "Here we go gents." She smiled and dished out the food before returning to the kitchen to grab the orders that had been filled.

The Tavern was running busy this night like every other night and this night it was being filled up with the crewmen of the Malestrom. Leto kept an eye over the bar room and kept grabbing drinks and getting them filled up and handed out. He watched as a few of the sailors would try to catch a feel on any of the girls passing buy.

Meanwhile the Captain and his 1st mate walked into the tavern and looked around. It was a good place to relax and the women were not that bad on the eye either. They headed down to a table and sat down. They watched a few of their crewmates and laughed to their selves as they watched everything. “well sir, this looks like a nice place to get some drinks and probably some warm company.” The Captain nodded to his 1st mate and sat back. “we'll get everything we can don't worry about that.”

"HEY!" Alexis screamed snatching her skirts from the men. "Don't touch me!" She said holding the tray to her side and went back to the bar. Vanessa looked up hearing her sister scream. She watched as she worked her way back to the bar and gave her a soft smile.
"This is the busiest we've been in a couple of days."She said pushing the handle back to stop the flow.
"Oh I know. I just hope this brings in enough money." Alexis said observing the men and saw two take a seat. she turned to her sister holding up two fingers nad Vanessa nodded filling to freezing mugs. "They're kind of rough though. Kept grabbin me."She frowned placing the beers on her tray and delivered them to the captian and first mate.

Ophelia returned from the back and leaned against the bar next to her sister. "I haven't worked this hard in days! They better have some damn good money." She said pushing a hand through her hiar and looked around giving a small wave to the boy who worked with them.
