Something felt awfully out of place as Mayoi walked into the bar, her curious plume colored eyes wandering around the eerily silent room. There were plenty of people around, moreso than usual if she counted correctly, but every single occupant the room remained deadly silent, almost as if afraid to catch a certain someone’s attention. Either that or someone had died and they were all holding a minute’s silence in their memory. Either way the silence didn’t sit too well with the raven haired Neko, who casually strolled towards the far end of the room, somewhat surprised to find that more customers were sitting near the exit today than near the counter. What worried her the most though was that no one had tried to grope her tail or thighs yet. Normally when she came in to work the first thing she’d get is a few lewd whistles and a few stray hands trying to inappropriately grab her. She didn’t enjoy it….. okay maybe she did enjoy flirting with the customers just a little bit, but that wasn’t the point.

Walking past a rather unsavory looking couple, the man grumbled something about ‘murderers’ while the woman let out a quiet gasp, trying to shut the mumbling man up before glancing nervously towards the far corner where a certain wolf sat. Naturally Mayoi’s attention too was directed towards the wolf, and all of a sudden she realized that the dark furry was the reason things were so quiet today. The seats beside him on either side were blatantly left empty, and even the barman had retreated to the backroom, not even bothering to offer the man a drink of water, nevermind a proper beverage.

Letting out a weary sigh, she jumped over the counter gracefully before making her way towards the wolf, her eyes shimmering with curiosity, like others she’d heard of the test tube solider, but like everyone else she’d thought it was some silly rumor started up by bored teenage boys who couldn’t tell the difference between reality and fiction. Stopping infront of the wolf, she tapped her finger on the counter to get his attention before speaking. “Can I get you something to drink?” she asked, her voice sending a worried murmur of concern throughout the room.

The wolf, an ex-special forces from the military, sat at the bar. There was at least five feet perimeter around him that no one would get near him. Wolves like him were extremely rare, even in the military where they were simply a genetic soldier. He'd been discharged with honors for 'services in the line of duty', and secretly, any regular human would've been given the medal of honor. He wasn't considered human, something sub-par, lesser than. And all for what some egg heads dreamed up and played God with. He, nor his kind, had ever done anything to deserve the treatment they received, yet here they were, the bar a perfect example of his life. He was how far science had pushed DNA manipulation. There had been cute little nekos for decades, but they were considered cute and friendly. His kind, because of what someone else decided, were dangerous and deadly.

He had gorgeous black fur, it was meticulously taken care of, his own personal pride. To the touch, it was soft and silky, but there were no female wolves like him. He was a genetic clone, mixed with DNA splicing, a test tube with no mother or father. Bred for nothing but fighting in the army. Now that he was even out, he didn't know what was worse. Being in and yearning for freedom, or being out and yearning for something to do. At the end of the day, he was a wolf at heart, and that wasn't about to change any time soon, no matter how hard he wished it to. And there were days soaked in mud and blood where he deeply, deeply wished it to.

His thoughts were interrupted when a little cat girl popped over the bar, asking him about a drink. The first thing he thought to ask was that she was far too young to be working in a bar like that. Not his place, he decided. That was her decision, he supposed. If she could handle herself, wasn't much reason to tell her not to do something.

"Whiskey, plain." The wolf tells her, his tail flicking slowly behind him, not offering any more words than the situation called for. He didn't seem to be in much of a rush to get the liquor, more like he was enjoying taunting those around him. Women gasped and shied away while men tried to act brave and tough even when their knees clattered together. This one, however, approached him rather easily. That was a curious thing.

“Whiskey? Ummm” she hummed to herself running her fingers over the numerous bottles and boxes that were kept behind the counter, technically she wasn’t supposed to pour drinks, but the bartender showed no signs of coming back, and it felt wrong leaving the wolf’s side to go convince a man who quite clearly didn’t want anything to do with the wolf…. Now that she thought about it, wasn’t the bartender allergic to dogs? Giggling to herself at the thought, she finally found a bottle and poured a generous helping of it into a glass before lifting it up with both hand and carrying it over infront of the wolf. Placing it infront of him before giving him a big cheerful smile followed by a friendly “Enjoy.”

Seeing as how no one seemed to be trying to get her attention she moved around behind the bar a bit more pouring herself a glass of milk before walking back over to the wolf, or rather the seat beside the wolf, placing the glass of milk beside him before jumping over the counter again, she was told to not do that countless times but it was such a pain walking around the counter each time. “I’m Mayoi, Not Mayo, not Mayonnaise, Mayoi” she chirped happily sipping at her milk as if it were some alcoholic beverage. Her own thin black tail raised up in the air slightly so that anyone watching them from behind could ‘nearly’ get a view of her panties. “You’re one of those genetic soldier guys right? Aren’t you supposed to be top secret locked away material?” she asked not really bothering to cover her words, she doubted being polite would do much anyway. Like the wolf, Neko’s too had been spliced, but the difference between them was that one had been spliced to act as a loving pet, while the other was a lethal weapon. Needless to say, people found the former much more approachable, and having been around for decades in the public eye they were much more common. Mayoi herself was a natural born between a human male and a neko mother. Whoever had spliced neko’s had made an effort to make them able to breed with nearly any animal, human or otherwise. Not that Mayoi was eager to mate or anything.

The wolf took the whiskey glass from her once it was filled, taking a sip of it. I was cheap whiskey, bitter and burning on the way down rather than smooth. Still, he didn't care much, the whiskey one of those 'hair on your chest' types that he'd gotten used to while holed up in some crappy hell hole on the edge of combat. Plus, the girl hadn't even charged him, so there wasn't a lot that he could complain about.

The neko girl was cute, sweet and rather young for the setting that she was in. Natural protective instinct kicked in for him more than anything when she sat next to him. The wolf, having a much more acute sense of surroundings would turn, making deadly glances at each of the guys who was trying to sneak a peek into her panties. After a couple minutes, there were no more guys trying to sleeze around the girl.

He didn't seem terribly bothered by a cute little neko like her coming up to approach him. In fact, no one had ever tried to, so there wasn't exactly a sample of people to base his judgement off of. Though, to be fair, if it were some male, he'd probably have smacked the guy a new one. The kitten was on the edge of young enough to feel protective while cute enough to find attractive.

"It's not like you can cut me open and figure out what makes me tick, nor force me into service. Top secret, yes. Locked up, no." The wolf tells her, his tail flicking. Even as they just idly sit there, the wolf's scent would reach her nose. Humans wouldn't notice in the slightest, but a neko like her would pick up on his pheromones.

Mayoi didn’t quite understand why the wolf was glaring at people around them. They were watching the wolf just as much as they were watching her, and Mayoi had long grown used to the lewd looks, even learning to enjoy them. She wouldn’t really complain if they stopped, but to the catgirl it seemed like the wolf was really unhappy with people staring their way for no good reason.

Shrugging her shoulder and lifting her glass to her lips, she wasn’t used to serving, she’d probably only done it once or twice in the last few years, and the each time she’d failed abysmally. The wolf had just wanted his drink straight, which was simple enough, but her prior requests had all been mixed cocktails which she’d either pour the wrong drink, or get the ratio’s completely off, this was actually the first time she’d even gotten to the payment stage, so it wasn’t surprising that she’d forgotten to make him pay for it.

“Should something that’s top secret be drinking so casually in a shabb….unique bar like this?” she asked curiously placing her milk down and glancing up at him curiously. She stopped though, her eyes blinking a few times as she felt a strange warm sensation invading her body, almost like if she was going into heat, now that she thought about it, it’d been awhile since she’d sexually released herself. She’d never really had a man before, but she’d been considering it last time she’d gotten aroused, and the silky black furred creature beside her seemed so alluring. “Mayoi…. What’s your name Mr Wolf?” she purred playfully, leaning towards him and resting her head on his arm, her ear flicking him affectionately as she continued letting out low seductive purr. She though she could hear one of the more devout patrons of the bar let a shout of objection, but Mayoi didn’t really care. Her body feeling awfully warm and fuzzy.

She had her natural way of thinking, and he had his own. Partly due to instinct, partly due to the way he was raised and partly just because he felt like being an ornery son of a bitch to those in the bar. Plus, the alcohol managed to help spirit the want to be aggressive. Still, the girl didn't seem to mind much, and neither did he. The girl seemed pleasant enough, and being a cat-girl, he wasn't as adverse to her company as he would've been to a human female's.

"I could ask you the same question." He retorts, his tail flicking defensively. "I think a big wolf has more cause, and more ability not to get harmed, in such a... unique bar as this." The wolf looked over at her as she told him her name. She leaned against his arm, looked up at him with those pretty eyes and started purring. That was the sort of thing that one would see in a soap opera. For a moment, he thought to push her off. Then it dawned on him- cats like her go into heat and would need some... 'company'.

"Rio." He says to her, answering her question. With her so close like that, her nose would start to pick up his scent and pheromones. The wolf turned toward her, allowing her to get a little closer if she so desired. "Do you have somewhere more... private you'd like to take us to?" Rio asks her after a couple minutes of her purring.

Mayoi tipped her head to the side as his retort, not really understanding what the problem with her being here was. “It’s my job?” she asked confused as to what he meant, she’d never had a problem with customers getting violent with her, and with so many others around there was always at least a few people would step in to protect her. After her Master had passed away in an unfortunate accident, it was either she put herself on the market to be purchased by some unknown stranger, work as a prostitute, or go stray. She’d been scavenging through the bar’s wastebin when the bar owner had caught her and offered her a job. She offered herself as a pet to the man, but the man sternly declined, saying he had a loving family, and that her addition would stir doubt and suspicion in the already happy family. All this though, wasn’t something she’d tell a complete stranger, and while her mind wandered, her body couldn’t keep up, too distracted by a certain scent that tickled her senses, warming her entire body up and making her feel clingier than usual.

“Ri….o?” she purred dreamily, a playful smile on her lips as the wolf asked to go somewhere more private. Mayoi had to think about it for a second before deciding that she’d be doing her job by getting the wolf out of the bar. It was clear the other patrons didn’t want him there, and fulfilling the customer wishes was part of her job so she wouldn’t be slacking off. She couldn’t really think of anywhere to take the wolf though, and decided she’d think of something once she was outside. “Sure Rio, follow me” she stated cheerfully, pulling away, and keeping a bit of distance between them as she felt really strange when she inhaled his scent. Leading him outside and down towards a dark alley, she didn’t seem to realize the danger she was putting herself in in the slightest.

The wolf was about to ask her how a young kitten such as herself could, or even would, come to work in such a bar, but the thought left his mind, as that was her business, and not his own. A better question, perhaps, would've been why the kitten was talking to the wolf. Even that thought was withdrawn from the forefront of his mind when he heard that cute little voice of hers give a little purr, smiling like that. It was fairly obvious that the kitten did in fact want to go somewhere more private. It was rather obvious with the way that she was rubbing against him, purring, her tail flicking this way and that. Still, she was cute enough to garner his attention. So, he got himself up, setting the whiskey aside in favor of the kitten.

Walking outside with her, he walked down into the alley with the kitten. Looking about, he moved close to her. "This is where you wanted to go for privacy, kitten?" Rio asked her, in the dark alley. Taking her, he leaned her back against the wall. His paw slipped under her shirt, his claws lightly brushing over her soft, smooth skin. "I take it you couldn't go any further from here even if you wanted to, hm?" He asks, looking down at her with a devilish grin on his face.

(Sorry been a bit busy this week)

Mayoi giggled playfully at his touch as she was pushed against the wall, His warm furry paw feeling awfully hot as it slipped under her shirt, she gave him a pleasured shudder and a lustful moan as he brushed his claws over her soft tender flesh, the sensation sending prickly sensations all over her body making her want more and more of his touch.

“Rio…” she gasped pushing her body closer to his, pressing her soft cheek against his chest. Purring affectionately as she yearned for a more powerful sensation. “Don’t get me wrong wolf man, I haven’t decided yet whether I want this inside me yet or not” she whispered, trailing a hand down his stomach and gently caressing his sheath. Another moan escaping her cute little lips from merely touching him, it was quite clear in anyone’s eyes that she wanted it, the lustful look on her face giving it away to anyone who glanced their way, her mind was completely dominated by his scent already, and she really couldn’t think of much else, but giving herself up so easily felt wrong, and she wanted to ‘play’ with the wolf a bit before the real ‘fun’ began.

Reaching down and slipping her hand beneath her skirt, and under her panties, she placed a finger against her own slit, tipping her headbackwards and letting out a long pleasured moan, her lips parted and begging to be taken, looking up at the wolf seductively.
