Darren sits on the floor staring at all the bills that are due . He realizes that it would take him at least 6 more months with his current job to clear everything . All his friends deserted him, the same friends who he spent late night partying with . His girlfriend dumped him.Darren could feel his life falling apart . He could go back home and ask his mom to help him out , but he hated his step dad and did not want anything to do with him .

Darren remembers his sister . They were so close when they were young . She would always look out for him , buy him gifts with her pocket money . He remembers how painful it was when she left , he was only 11 . Its been 8 years now and they've grown apart .

He scrolls to her number and realizes he has no other option . He dials and hears the phone ring ...

((I tried to find pictures, but it just didn't work with me, sorry. I'm more "Old fashioned" and usually prefer to describe things over posting images of them.))

Sarah was laying on one of the long couches in the first-class apartment. It was incredible how nice it was, it almost felt like a palace. It was almost at the size of a house, in the seventh floor of one of the most prestigious apartment-buildings in New York. The apartment itself held a pretty steady white theme, which dressed it well. The couch she was laying at at the moment was a U-shaped designer sofa. Her nut-brown hair was hanging in front of her face, annoying her. But she didn't want to brush it away either. It would be too much work. She felt really tired. Work, work, work was the only thing she felt she did. Even though she worked rather little compared to the average person, she worked way too much in her own opinion. But, she was living in a apartment way too nice for her, so she had to work for it. There was a 70" TV from Samsung hanging on the wall where the sofa "Ended". In other words, the open part. Around it, there was a bunch of bookcases that was filled with movie and series-boxes.

Later on the same day, Sarah could hear the iPhone laying on the glass table in the middle of the couch vibrate. She sighed as she stretched out for it and flipped it around so she could see who was calling. "Been a while..." She murmured to herself as she answered the call and held the phone up to her ear. "Hey Darren, been a while" Sarah started. "Was it anything you needed?" She asks, curious as they had more or less lost contact when she turned 15.

Darren hears his sisters voice and doesn't remember her sounding this way. He's unsure if he could just ask her straight upfront that he needs cash .. Its been so many years now .

"Heya Sis " . He feels strange saying these words after so many years. "I just called to see how you are doing"
