Born in the country town of Fenstrom, Leon and his brother knew of the 'Underworld' at a young age, since their playmates were fey. Leon now lives in the city of Groterra, the unspoken and hidden center of the U.S.A. government's supernatural agencies. Leon's parents still live in his hometown, and he visits them once a month, when he can. The next visit, if there is one, will be a tragic one. Leon was a graduate of Quantico at 22, and has had training by 50 year-old Gao Mingyu, who is considered the best Karate practitioner in the world. Leon currently works for the FBI, and is officially investigating his brother's murder, and the circumstances surrounding it. Leon has had a job since he was 14, and has a strong sense of self reliance. Tina is his partner, currently of 3 years. Before that, he was a 'rookie' on a team. His direct overseer is Carney Jaryn, a noted 'desk jockey'.
