Lately, I've been craving a roleplay based on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I am willing to do this as a 1X1 or group roleplay depending on the interest that I get. The rules will vary depending on the number of members. In a 1x1, one of us can be Dragonborn or not. In a group roleplay, none will be Dragonborn, so as to be fair to the members. The involvement of guilds and real quests from the game are negotiable but entirely optional.
My character will be Gold-Heart, an Argonian from the small village of Usamesh in Black Marsh who fled to Skyrim to escape the enslavement by the Aldmeri Dominion. He will be a warrior character, joining with The Companions to train on his quest to become the greatest Argonian warrior in Tamriel. Actual Companions quests will be optional. Your character can be whoever you want, male or female. This roleplay can involve romance or it can just be about traveling and seeking glory. The following rules will be observed:
1. No god-modding. No wizard or warrior is invincible, and starting out in the roleplay will be just like starting out in the game. You're not going to be able to kill giants and dragons right off the bat. My character will be doing extensive training with the Companions and using the Warrior stone, so similar measures must be taken. Whatever Guild or method suits you, know that you will do some training. Note that this applies to you even if you are Dragonborn, and this will involve training with the Greybeards and finding Words of Power to grow your gift should it be allowed.
2. I want a semi-literate to literate partner. No one-liners. I want at least a paragraph per post, preferably more, as much as you can give.
3. I would appreciate an active partner, someone who posts at least once a day if not every other day. Don't take up the role if you can't be active, as it will just be waste of both of our times.
4. Respect my rules and my role as GM. Negotiation is one thing, but outright disrespecting me or other roleplayers will not be tolerated. Warnings and kicks from the roleplay will be issued if rules are broken.
5. No killing any OC's or canons without permission.
6. Have fun! The Elder Scrolls is famous for its wide-open gameplay, and this roleplay will follow that tradition. Within the rules, you can do whatever you want in the vast province of Skyrim.
