Lance sighed as he took the plow to the fields to finish up so that tommorrow they could plant this years crops, however in truth things were getting harder and harder for this small farmland to keep things together, not that lance has admitted that to anyone, and soon he and his adopted sister would have to leave unless they come up with a new way to make cash. Now Lance himself was actually a very handsome boy being a tall man at 6'4" he was built rather well thanks to long and sweaty days out on the field. hell he had a body most women would kill for to be able to even just touch one of his muscles.
Brushing back some of his short brown hair his hazel eyes looked out at the field before him before he just sighed, holding the hoe so that it was slung over his shoulder he headed out wearing some boots, some gloves, and a t-shirt and some jeans. Now Lance was the son of a very good farmer and his wife, however after his birth his mother wanted to have a daughter as well, and instead of trying to make one she had decided to adopt a girl from the orphanage, wanting to do something for someone who had very little. This was when Lance was about 8 years old when they finally got the girl. Now they had lived well for a few years until Lance was 12 and both of his parents were taken from them in a horrible car accident. Now Lance had enough family and money from the lawsuit against the drunk driver that they were fine for a while but they had to sell off much of the land, he still tried to work it for 9 years. He was now 21, and very handsome. In truth his sister had developed well as well, true she was not his sister but still when she wanted something he tried to give it to her, trying to act like her father figure.
Hell she got to work with a few animals, they even baught a great dane a couple years ago because she had wanted a dog. The animals did give them a bit of money, some sheep for wool, some cows for milk, and a bull for breeding purposes with the cows and a horse for each one, both male. They also had a few goats, all animals his sister baught with money he had given her. Hell he even installed a pool for her one winter when there were no crops that he needed to attend to. he had dug the hole, tiled it, everything in that long winter so that when spring and summer came she could have some fun. hell it was even up now, just outside of their house, almost between the house and the barn. he gave a soft sigh as he brought his plow to the ground, working the land and he hoped that soon he would be able to bring in enough money to actually get himself some things and not just his sister.
