In the Dungeon You Must Wait: D and D based open rp?

The title says it all. Im posting here seeing if anyone would be interested in playing such a thing. I would want to base how you deal with things off the d20 system (3.5 D and D or Pathfinder would most likely serve as the basis.) Anyone have thoughts, imputs, ideas?
