RULES HAVE BEEN UPDATED!

Just an announcement to let everyone know that I've revamped the rules a bit. So please, look through them. Plus, it's good to refresh oneself on what the rules are every so often anyway.

I have rewritten the new loli/shota rule that will go into effect come March 17th..... so be sure to read that one especially as that day is fast approaching.
