Conner blinked almost frantically as he awoke with a slight start. He sat up slowly and yawned loudly while running a hand through his long, dark hair. He was a lean kid of seventeen who did what he could working out, but had never been one to buff up; instead, his body was slender, tall, and lean. He had pale blue eyes that were often covered by the thick, round pair of glasses he now put on his face. He got out of bed wearing only a pair of black sweat pants as he walked out of his room and to the bathroom. After tending to his morning ritual, he proceeded to the living room; his mother and father were gone today, which just left him and his aunt in the house.
Conner loved his aunt, but he thought she had an... odd, sense of humor. From what he could tell, she wasn't awake yet. Once in the kitchen, he grabbed a banana and peeled it open before taking a bite. He was never one for a big breakfast, and this was often all he ate in the mornings.
