Johnny waited for the newbie to walk through the door. He hated waiting, and he especially hated fresh recruits. He was never really fond of teaching people the ropes but being the senior officer it was his job. Having been on the squad for five years made him one of the oldest guys in the agency.

Ever since his first day on the job he had been protecting the same little girl, though she wasn't so little now. He let his mind wonder over to, Alica. She was much younger than him, nearly a eight year difference. Over those five years of watching her he had grown rather fond of the little girl, both on a personal level and physical. She was no longer the little girl he remembered meeting five years ago.

Thought of having a new recruit protect her was not one he was liking. Few agents were as good as Frank, and he didn't like the idea of a newbie taking Frank's place. Frank had taken a few bullets before but he got off lucky on those. Needless to say the last few days around the house had been pretty frantic and weird. People rushing about, stepping up the security just that much more because of the failed assasination attempt.

He went through the file again. The new recruit had done more than enough to show she could make it in the field, but the very fact she was new was enough to make him worry. She had never been tested in the field. No one would be valuable on the team unless they were willing to bite the bullet and no one knew if you would bite it unless you actually did in the field. Thus new agents were generally isolated until they had done so. It was hard to earn their fellow agents trust, but once you did it was an impossible bond to break. Each agent willing to go to hell and back for the other. Its what made them the best.

Johnny heard a knock on the door, and shifted to a more comfortable position on the desk in the small cubby hole they called the senior's office. "Come on in," looks like today's work was about to start. The rookie better be able to handle it.

A young woman, probably a couple of years younger than Johnny entered the room, lifting her jacket over her shoulders. She had a good face, a calm face, but the fact remained that she was unprepared, and still dressing, even after knocking on the door. She finally fit her sleeves through her arms and looked up at him, unsure of what to do exactly. "...Good morning, my name is Cindell. I apologize in advance for being late." She wasn't sure if she should smile at him, or stare, so she half smiled, trying to maintain eye contact. He looked mean to her.

Johnny shook his head. Not even prepared after she was late. This was gonna be a tough one. "Ya ya ya I know your name. I've only been reading it for the half hour waiting for you. And look your not even dressed yet." He motioned to her still figiting the jacket to make it more comfortable. His eyes never wavered from hers, his face no sign of emotion other than annoyance.

"I thought you were an agent. You know some of the best body guards in the history of the world. And you can't even make it to the first day without being late or ill prepared. Anyways we gotta hurry up if your gonna meet the family." He pushed himself off the desk and headed outside the room going down to the main of the house.

"I'm, I'm very sorry sir. It... it won't happen again. I promise." She said quietly, evidently, he wanted no excuses, that's how it should have been anyway. If something was to happen to their patron, no excuse would ever fix it. She took it upon herself to follow him, buttoning herself up since his back was towards her. "Are you going... are you going to be my supervisor?"

"As the senior officer unfortunately I, am. If you have a problem with that tough luck. Until your deemed worthy your not even an Agent to us." He walked in quick long strides, as if he couldn't get to where he was going fast enough. "Once we are in the room you are to present yourself to the parents and then YOUR patron." He put emphasis on the word to make himself clear.

"If anything happens to her while on your watch, we'll go to hell and back to make sure you can't even work at McDonald's, let alone another security company. You will study her schedule, you will learn her habits, and nine times out of ten you will get emotionally attached. You have to be that one time and not got attached." His last sentence he always put in for show, almost everyone in the Agency was attached to their patron.

Cindell walked with him, trying to keep up with him as he walked. "Not an Agent? But that's why I am here, I was told I was going to be an Agent..." She didn't grasp the point of her having to prove herself, she did however understand what was to come. "Right. I won't get attatched. It makes little sense to me... no offense. If you're not attatched, what fuels you to protect her? Maybe it's just me. When do I get my glocks? Sir..."

Johnny sighed and just before he entered the living room to meet the family he stopped. "Ok new rule. You do not, I mean never, question your orders. That split second that you think whether your orders are right or wrong will be the difference of saving your patron." He said in a low voice as he looked down on her to make sure she looked presentable.

After a moment he decided she was looking decent and he pushed her round the corner to meet the family whispering, "Good luck. Don't fuck this up." On a couch at the end of the room sat the parents while the little girl soon to be her patron had her own seat, a few feat away from them.

Cindell nodded nervously, "Yes sir." She said quietly, entering in. The Tadros's were a family of famous anti-terrorist supporters. They usually handed out the largest contributions, and that made them targets. While Roger and Sarah Tadros had their own security squads, their teen daughter, Lisa Marie, needed protection too.

Roger stood up, his jet black hair and classic mustache-beard combo, sharp as always, "Ah, John, good day to you."

Cindell immediately raised her arm slightly, "Please sir, you don't need to STAND!" She tripped over her own foot and fell to the ground in front of all three of them!

Lisa Marie shot Johnny a look, her eyes clearly said, "Are you fucking kidding me?"

Cindell stood up slowly and looked around. "I... I'm sorry Mister..."

"It's okay, it's okay." Roger Tadros was a forgiving man, luckily his wife was too. Sarah looked a lot like Lisa Marie, beautiful blonde hair, a slender body and piercing eyes. She remained seated, rumored to be sick around the house.

"I apologize sir. I'm very nervous. I've just recently been told to not fuck this up."

Did she just curse? In front of them!?

"I'm just worried, I want to protect your daughter, I do. I'll try my hardest to do so." She looked over at Lisa, who still glared at Johnny. "You must be Lisa Marie. "I am Cindell, and I am very happy to meet you."

Roger laughed as Lisa hardly looked over at Cindell.

"Well, you have your work cut out for you... you did well on your exams, so we look forward to seeing you more often. Like we told John, we'll tell you. Welcome to the family."

Cindell bowed her head, "It's an honor Mister Robert Tadros."

"It's Roger." He said with a smile. "It'll be good to see some life within my daughter's guard. Just be sure to take your job seriously."

Cindell bowed again.

"Good luck to the both of you."

Cindell nodded, and turned around before she did something else completely retarded. She looked over at Johnny, despite feeling that it would be a mistake to do so.

She wasn't even in the room for two minutes and she had fucked up big time.

Johnny slapped himself in the forehead covering his eyes as she shouted then fell to the ground. He could tell he was going to have his work cut out for him. The look on Lisa's face would have made Johnny bust up laughing if this girl wouldn't have embarrassed the entire agency in front of his employers. His face was quickly turning from red to white.

She then decided to curse in front of them leaving John's mouth hanging wide open in shock and disbelief. How the hell had this girl made it through the exams?

John's eyes held fire in them as Cindell looked at him. His face beginning to turn red. His gave her a look saying, "I'll deal with you later." Combined with him mouthing the words "dead meat."

"I'm so sorry fr keeping you waiting sir, stay safe." He turned back down the hall after Cindell.

Cindell swallowed deeply and exited the room, taking one last peek at Lisa Marie, who seemed the most unimpressed. "So..." She thought of changing the topic as quickly as possible. She really didn't want to talk to Johnny about this. "When do I get my glocks?" She asked, trying to help a smile, but she could almost still see fire in his eyes. "I think Lisa Marie was very pretty. She looks like a princess."

Johnny didn't say a word to her until he knew he wouldn't completely flip on her. This made it seem like he was giving her the silent treatment for awhile, which was half true. Halfway down one of the many halls of the house he led her through he began to talking. "In your room will be a suit case for everything you will need while you are her in this squad. Here's the keys to our room, I'm taking you there now. You'll be meeting the team after that."

Cindell held her hands open until the key dropped in, "Thank you sir. I do have a request though. I'd like a revolver. You know... one of those old six shooters. Please, I'm really good with one of those in my possession. I won't let anyone get harmed if I get to have one..." Those guns weren't standard issue. They jammed far too often, and an automatic weapon was more reliable.

He looked at her amazed, she had just screwed up and she was making a request, for something sub-standared. "Ok first off, you're in no position to be making requests, after that little scene back there. And secondly why the hell, would you want a piece of shit, sub-par weapon like that? You might as well as be asking to get Lisa killed." His look was completely hostile, he felt like hitting her, if he didn't feel she truly was stupid enough to think they didn't have better weapons.

"We have access to every side arm on the open market and you want a god damn revolver? Are you fucking crazy?"

Her eyes first widened, then narrowed after his hostile reaction. "I have my comforts Mister Supervisor. I didn't screw anything up, Mister Tadros was smiling when I left. I don't know what your problem with me is, but you should get it off your chest. I want a revolver."

She was childish, a natural fuck up, slightly annoying, the only things that would save her was that her face was great, and she had fantastic tits, but that was it.
