Greetings and Salutations!
Just so everyone is clear, I'm a female roleplayer, but the characters I'm advertising here are all male. I'm looking for someone to RP with long-term either via the forums here, or on instant messenger. I also have a tumblr if that's more your speed; simply PM me and we'll discuss that further.
My style is very character-centric, and thus I'm rather flexible with plots and settings...so long as there's some element of fantasy involved, I can usually adapt a character to fit. Below is a list of characters I currently have in my arsenal, accompanied by potential plot ideas. These are by no means set in stone; I'll be back frequently to make additions and changes. If you have your own ideas, feel free to let me know! I encourage OOC conversation, whether it's discussion about the current thread or just friendly small talk.
I love to play opposite characters with more dom-like tendencies, as my boys fall toward the sub side...at least outwardly. They may appear effeminate, but they are by no means wilting violets. If you'd like more detailed character notes or art, I can provide it! I just didn't want to clutter up my intro post too badly.
The Prince of Snows
-Historical/Fantasy; Feudal Japan to Present Day
-physical age: 20-24; actual age is far older
Shun is a white kitsune of the nine tailed variety. A Prince in exile, he wields his his wit and doll-like good looks as a swordsman wields his blade. Cold, elegant, deadly--is there anyone who could melt his heart?
Characters to be played opposite Shun could include:
-a general from an opposing House, preferably of supernatural origin
-the leader of a group of bandits who thinks he's snapped up a prize, but has no idea what he's getting into
-Similar to the above idea, involving a slaver/master instead. Shun is a character who demands to be treated as equal or above, and things could get explosive with a pairing like this.
Dervish
-High Fantasy; Desert City
-physical age: 19-20, same as actual age
Yasar Al'Din is the Jewel of the Desert. Surrounded by water on one side and dunes on three, it sits in the middle of every trade route worth mentioning. In its markets, active both in heat of the day and the cool of night, every myriad of tender is accepted. If it can be bought, it can be found in Yasar.
Also found in Yasar is an enterprising young fiddler by the name of Casimir Al'Fara. By day, the wolf-shifter works on street corners and in taverns, peddling his trade as a bard. But by night, he trades the fiddle for the dagger, taking up the mantle as one of the city's most talented thieves.
Characters to be played opposite Cas could include:
-The Captain of Yasar's city guard, caught up in a breathless game of cat-and-mouse
-The owner of one of Yasar's many taverns and/or brothels
-A fellow thief or member of Yasar's Thieves Guild
-The God of Luck, coming down to test or smile upon his favorite devotee
