Doctor Patient Confidentiality

Okay this idea popped into my head a little while ago, as the title implies it involves the Doctor Patient Confidentiality agreement. So basically a patient Male or female in their early 20's could be having an affair with their married or single doctor while he or she isn't working, the patient could schedule visits just to see him or her privately for an hour or so. But things are kept under wraps due to the fact that if caught the doctor could lose his or her job. Obviously the visits would have nothing to do with medical situations the patient could just wanna see their doctor, the doctor could also be a therapist to make things a little more interesting.
