Annabell Smith

Anna was late for class for the first time today but for a good reason.. The guidance counselor asked her to keep an eye on A new student who had a bad reputation. She was told he was allot of trouble in his previous schools. When class was over she gathered her things and headed out of class.

Anna never thought of herslef as 'hot or even cute like most girls would think of themselves. If you saw her you'd probably disagree. She's a natural blond hair flowing to the end of her back, Her skin is slightly pale and her eyes are deep forest green. She mostly wears school girl type skirts and a plain blouse to school, with low heels and high socks, she also wears thin brimmed glasses.

She walked through the crowds of students much bigger than her but now and then she would get bumped and her books would fall everywhere. This happen to be one of those times, she was walking through a group of guys and one of then bumped her shoulder and she landed on her butt and her papers and books spread across the hall.

No one helped her pick them up they just walked past ignoring the girl on the floor as they always did. She was invisible in school no one payed any attention to her except the teachers, and 'nerds'. She sighed as she continued picking up her things and trying to ignore the pain in her rear end.

Delinquent. Trouble-maker. Juvenile criminal to-be. These words and more passed through the young man's head as he strode down the school hallway with a smug grin stretched across his lips. His medium length, mussy brown hair, with natural blondish highlights, hung in tendrils around his ears and forehead, bouncing lightly and his low-rise dark wash jeans swishing quietly with each step he took. His torso was adorned with a black, crew neck t-shirt, covered up with a black leather biker's jacket, and a black cargo backpack hung over one shoulder. His hands were ucked into the front pockets of his jacket, and a long black wire snaked it's way up his chest, leading to one ear bud that was tucked in his left ear, and the other dangling between his collar bones.

The class bell was due to ring at any second, and it was clear by the lazy pace he was maintaining that he had no hurry at all to be on time for his next period, hell, if he was being completely honest with anyone, he didn't care if he made it to class at all. School was boring; ninety percent of the classes were meaningless to real life; and the only good things about being in that stuffy building were to be away from his crappy apartment and father, and to make money in undisclosed ways to most of the student body and the entire staff. Yep, he was the epitome of the perfect student alright.

The hallway he turned into was just about cleared out of all students, those few stragglers left scurrying along to get to their classrooms as quickly as possible. Most teachers had a zero tolerance policy for late student, after all. His gaze befell a blonde kneeling on the linoleum tile in front of the lockers, sliding around to pick up a medley of papers and books, and the smirk on his mouth grew just a smidge wider as a few thoughts crossed his mind. New school, new people, and the perfect opportunity to make an introduction to someone was right there in front of him. So, as he moved down the hall, he bent to pick up a book that was furthest from the girl's reach and held it out to her. "Think you dropped this." He supplemented with a slightly cocky tone, the smirk on his mouth having shifted to be somewhat more polite.

Anna hurriedly grabbed for papers and books as others just walked past and even stepped on her papers and kicked her books farther from her. She was going to be late for her next class which she wasn't too worried about most of the teachers wouldn't count it against her knowing she wasn't a trouble-maker. Moving her hair away from her face she put the last book in her bag and heard someone. She looked up and saw the boy she was supposed to 'keep an eye on', Jonas Fairfax. She knew everything there was to know about him, there was no rule he hadn't broken except for this school rules and she was sure it wouldn't take too long for him to break these rules too.

She looked his in his eye, not liking his cocky smirk at all, ans quickly took the book from him. She of course was surprised he even helped her, no one else did. She stood up putting the book in her bag "Thank you, shouldn't you be in class?" She asked realizing instantly it was a stupid question for two reasons, 1. He was a delinquent and 2. She wasn't even in class, yet. "Never mind don't answer that. Anyway thanks for your help." she said before walking around him toward her class.

He raised a brow just slightly as he stepped back and straightened once she'd taken the book back from him, his smirk fading some. Well, that was a rather unpleasant response. So much for a new and pleasant introduction.
