Shouting filled her ears as Rose Harvey stood up from behind her desk. Things are not supposed to be like this... she thought to herself as she glanced round at her students before her. Straightening out the soft green dress she chose to wear today Rose thought back to having only finished her training as a teacher a couple of months ago, and being more than pleased to have managed to land such a prestigious job in such a short period of time. At the beginning Rose had felt that she had all the luck in the world landing a job such as this, but a few days of teaching had quickly changed her opinion that.
âPlease class... Just calm down and get to work...â Her voice tried to implore them as Roseâs hazel eyes surveyed the chaos going on around her. âItâs not like Iâm asking for a miracleâ Her soft voice whispered to herself. âI just want my class to sit down and do some form of educational work...â
Movement in the corner of her eye forced Rose to flick her head towards that direction, her shoulder length brunette hair whipping round at the same time to what caused her to move. âNo! Donât draw on her arm! If you want to draw then do it on some paper!â Despair had filled her voice as she tried to get the students to listen.
Why is it like this? Iâm an adult... They should be listening to their elders! The voice inside her head cried as she glanced once more to the children around her. âSomeone please help me...â she whispered to herself yet again. Life just seemed to be unfair at the moment and with these problems who did she have to turn to to help her?
