i like the whole incest thing... and ect, but i wanna do some animals too... is their animals allowed here to or just humans?

Animals are indeed fine so long as you do not use pictures, videos or links, etc. All of this information can actually be found if you read the site rules found in the Rules and Announcements subforum located at the top of the page.

when it says 13 years of age what would be it for animals? say like a dogs minimum age

To keep it simple. I'm going to say yes. Basically, we don't allow minors of any sort in sexual situations. And since we're being gracious enough to allow teens and older, we are making it clear that we want teens to be post-pubescent. That means, they'd better be developed and all that.
