Signature help?

Okay, I've seen people with gifs and pics in thier signature, and was wondering how you do it? i would like this gif as my signature, but can figure out how to do it.
Can anyone help me please?

You need to use image tags for pictures.
your image goes here[/ img]

Just omit the extra space after the closing "/" in the closer portion of the tag.
