I've a craving to play out a RP based on an image & caption I found whilst browing Tumblr.

“Don’t say it! It’ll ruin it if you say it! I know what it is, and it’s fine, but please don’t say it!”
And how could I argue that argument and that face? I could tell my big sister knew I was let down by her response when I told her I had something to tell her. Maybe that’s why she pressed those big boobs into my chest extra hard when we hugged and then didn’t pull away when it gave me a boner.
The basic outline if of a younger brother who secretly lusts after his busty older sister. Her body is the source of all of his desires and fantasies, however unknown to him his sister knows about this, be it by having seen how he looks at her, finding something he had written down, or some other wonderful idea we can come up with.
The brother plucks up the courage to half confess to his sister how he feels, the poor boy unable to hide how he feels any longer, however instead of letting him admit it his sister just brushes it off by telling him that she knows and is okay with him feeling this way.
Whilst this is obviously a weight off of the young man's shoulders, his sister doesn't make things any easier for him during the following days. The RP would consist of the characters going about their daily lives whilst the sister continually and deliberately drives her brother wild with lust and desire for her. I'm hoping to explore things such as teasing, tease and denial, orgasm denial and blue balls.
How things will develop in the future I'm open to discuss, be it they get over this episode, end up falling in love or something else in between.
The story can be adapted to fit a different set of characters if incest isn't your thing, and I'd be more than happy to listen to any other ideas and variations based on this basic outline.
