What exactly does this mean, may I ask? I've only been here for a little while, so...I'm still learning here XD

I believe it's the number/names of members that others have told to join the site. That's typically what it's been in the past here and on other sites. I'm not sure what it's really used for though, other than bragging rights?

That is exactly what it is. Though in order for that number to actually increase, the referred member when joining needs to use your referral link and/or username when joining so that the referral is then linked to your account. So, if they hear of the place via you and do not do that.... that number won't just magically go up nor can we do that for you manually. Also, these are things that our recruiters tend to use to sort of prove that they are actually doing their job. It's not 100% necessary, but it can be helpful.

However, I've not actually recruited anyone yet my level is 2 apparently. I'm not sure how that happened XD
