Breeze is the beginning of a new entity from the DNA government experiment taken from Brice Williams prior to her death. She has no form at this time and lives in a stainless steel enclosure. Her character will become more prominent as she 'grows' and events change in due process.

He was born to a middle class family where he lived a very normal life. He had an interest in engineering and robotics from a young age with it leading to him going to a magnet school where he was able to work on them while he was still in high school. He realized that he had caught this penchant for doing these things from his grandfather who actually worked for DARPA so though he knew his grandfather was an engineer that even dabbled into genetics, he had no idea all of his Grandfather's work just due to the classified nature of it all.
He continued to foster his own creations going so far as to modify his phone into handheld computer with its own AI. It was not self-aware though it had its own illusion of humanity.
