              • USA played an absolutely amazing game. Wow. Had me at the end of my seat the whole time.
I just gotta say ... I'm so proud of Canada, and even more proud of Crosby.

I'm from Cole Harbour, one of the most obscure towns in the most obscure province, Nova
Scotia ... and don't cha know, Crosby was born and raised here. :]!

Great game. : D ! Well done, USA. Well done.

I figured Canada won people started screaming in the streets...
Only time people scream all together is when they win a hockey game.

FREAKIN' FRENCHIE!
Lol joking...

I'm right beside you.....kind of...Toronto. :3

it was a good game. i'll concede on that point, lol. but.... GO USA!!! XD

so many canadians here on the site. it's kind of cool actually. and vespers... i LOVE montreal! haven't been in a few years, but i love it there. such a fun city. i used to live 4 hours from it and we'd go there on weekend trips and what not. one of my fave clubs (at least several years ago anyway) was the loft. is it still there and open? loved. it. and how can you not love st. catherine street. lololol. always good for shocking first timers. hahaha!

i'm originally from upstate ny. albany, to be exact (the state's capital). it's about 4 hours south of montreal.

that is sooo it, vespers! sweeet! the loft still lives! they even still do the body painting!!! nice to see it's still open. loved that place. back when i went they were pretty much an industrial style sort of club. great music, great dancing. just plain awesome.

and yes. i always thought it funny that the street's name had the word saint in it as well. tho it was always hilarious to bring ppl there for the first time. their jaws would literally drop. made me lol each and every time.

but yes. it's a cool city indeed. and i love the restaurants and coffee shops they have as well. god. i haven't been there in EONS!!!

While I will concede that our hockey team delivered a show of a lifetime - despite they lost - we still came away from the Winter Games with the most medals than any country. 37, to be precise. That only goes to show ya that we must be doing something right.

@ Vesper : I've been to Montreal, I went there at 17 and I was allowed in the casino without an ID check. Story of my life.

*shakes a fist at Crosby*
Was a good game, but that man makes my blood boil.
Less so as a Canadian player, but oh man, in the NHL.
*grumbles and scampers off*

              • I find he's very .... what's the word I'm looking for ... whiny? That's it.
He's a little diva, but he has talent.

And, PK, it is a big deal, that's the thing. [/list:u][/list:u][/list:u][/list:u][/list:u][/list:u][/list:u]

It is a big deal! Especially to have the rights to say they are the best in the entire world!

I wish USA would have one, but good job Canada. :)

Yeah, but just passed through and I wasn't there during marti gras. Which is when all the crazy stuff happens.
