i think you may have your left and right mixed up. you said "The character I am looking for Being" (Which makes no grammatical sense but i think mean the role you wish to play.) is on the left. However its seems the female roles are on the right.

Male roles on left, female roles on right. 'The characterS i am looking for, being on the LEFT, i.e Male roles? Everyone else has understood what i've meant..

Sorry for the confusion, I hope i've made it a little clearer
