Her- There was that one day when she just couldn't take any more of her mother turning up drunk and utterly wasted, most of the time she wasn't alone either. She had had enough of picking of what remained of her mother after she had drunk herself to oblivion and it was her daughter who had to carry her to her room, clean up the vomit she left behind and look after her own mother. It got so outrageous that her daughter basically left the house and try to escape the craziness. All was silent and she even turned down the radio which was the only thing warning her about the snowstorm she just drove into. The weather got so bad that she drove right off the road and her car smashed into a tree on the side of the road, and she lay unconscious in the driver's seat while the storm worsened around her.

Him- It was just one of those times where he would drive through the night and think about anything. That girl who smiled at him in the cafe, the day off for his part-time job in a retail store because of the storm. Whatever was worth thinking about, he had the time to do so. His thoughts were peaceful until interrupted. His eyes laid upon a car crashed in the side of the road. What else could he do but stop to help?

She lets out a moan slowly waking up. Her head is throbbing with pain, reaching up she touched something sticky. Blinking a few times. She opens her eyes to look at her finger saying that is wet with her blood. Moaning again. She pushes up and leans back against the seat. She tries to move her legs. Then cry out in pain and she fills them pinned down. She reaches over for her purse trying to get her cell phone to call for help. But because of the storm, she had no bars. She knew that she could not stay here with the storm, it can only get worse and she could freeze to death before inviting notice she was missing. Taking a deep breath. She yanks on her legs screaming out in agonizing pain, but was able to get them free. Knowing the warm liquid running down her leg was her bled she have to get out and find help. Pushing open her door. She falls out into the cold soft snow. She solely makes her way crawl into the road to see if she can get help.

Once on the side of the road she sees headlights. She lift is her hands up waving and weekly calling for help. She gives one last attempt before slowly blackness surrounds her

It was another one of those dreary nights that he spent being lonely, doing absolutely nothing during work apart from piling up shelves with products but at least that smile the waitress gave him brightened his day. He didn't know where his family were, the last time he saw them or spoke to them was at the airport when he was leaving. Since then, he hadn't been able to contact them let alone even reunite with them.

He would have continued feeling sorry for himself but he thought he saw something on the side of the road. He couldn't be sure but he knew something or someone was there. Despite the storm, he stopped the car and stepped out into the battering winds. He half-jogged to where he thought the "something" was. He was glad he trusted his gut feeling because a lady was passed out on the side of the road amidst a storm which would have killed her. Neither of them could stay there any longer so he tried to lift her as best as he could and returned to his car. He quickly laid her down in the backseat and then tried to turn the car on but to his horror, the car's battery was already frozen. As of now, he'd have to tell her when she wakes up that they're stranded here.

Wet snow slowly open eyes blinking a few times before looking around. Still feeling the pain in her legs. She turns and sees him. She asks him "?what's going on? Where am I?" She tries to sit up, but cries out a little and pain and lays back down.

He tries to start up the car a few times before he gave up. Then he heard her talking behind him. He turned just to hear her cry out in agony.
"Don't move, looks like you're leg might be messed up." He said, climbing between his and the vacant passenger seat, into the space between the frontseats and the backseats.
He reaches up to take her trousers into his fingers but stops.
"Can I touch your leg?" He asked, keeping his hands a few inches away,

She watches him time in the back seat with her when he moves his hands to her pants. She wasn't sure what he was doing until he stopped and asked for to move her pants. Seeing that her body her leg was covered in blood. She looks back at him and noughts, yes, that he could.

He nods, acknowledging that he had heard her.
"Alright. I can't promise that this won't hurt." He warns her.
He then started slowly sliding her trousers up her legs. She was bleeding quite badly and he had to get her inside or she would've gotten an infection from the storm and probably died. Right now though, things weren't looking so bright but their chances were better inside the car than outside. Once he was done lifting the trousers up to her knees, he inspected the damage.
"It's bad, the crash cut across your leg not to mention that it might be crushed as well. I'm no doctor, but we need to get back to my house or yours, depending on which is closer. Problem is, the car won't start."

She hisses in pain as he removes her pants seeing the gash on her leg she moans. She tries not to pay the she looks at him what are we going to do. I can't walk and I don't know how far your place or my places from here.

He looked toward the front of the car where snow was piling up on the windscreen.
"I'm sorry, the car isn't starting because of the storm. We'll have to wait it out." He said, looking at her leg.
Neither of them knew how long she could stay like this before infection set in to the gash. He takes off his coat and then slips his shirt off. He rips a large piece of it and wraps it around her legs as a sort of tourniquet.
"That should take care of it, for now." He said, going towards the glove compartment and taking a bag out.
In the bag was a spare shirt that he kept lying around. He slipped it on and then quickly put on his coat again, feeling his body start to shiver from the cold.

She watches him undress wondering what he was doing as soon as he takes off his shirt and perhaps it around her like she whimpers a little and pain. When he finished she turns and looks at him. How long do you think we have to wait before help comes for us. She looks at him with wary eyes.

He sat in the space between the seats, pulling his coat tighter around his body. He tucks his head into his knees while he listened to her talking before he looked up at her.
"Not long." He gave a small smile despite their dire circumstances.
Seeing her condition, he removed his coat and then helped her sit up while he sat next to her, laying her down again over him. He took his coat and used it as a blanket for both of them. He couldn't just sit there while her health was at risk.

She lays back in the see starting to shiver with her eyes close upon hearing some thought she opens her eyes seeing that he's taken off his jacket and moving her, so she's lying on him and gives it to jacket to cover them both. For a minute she looks up at him, then lays back down, closing her eyes saying "thank you."
