Sandrea was one of the lesser known demon girls in the town which was why she could still get food and drink at bars. Many people liked to flirt with her but she ignored most of them. This one guy had her eyes though. She tied her long purple-black hair back out of blue-purple eyes and smoothed down her short chinese dress, her high-heels clicking as she walked closer.

"Hey pretty boy."

She couldn't help but tease him.

"You here alone?"

She meant the words, wanting to see if she could hook the guy with simple flirting or whether she'd need to tease him some more.

Even if she'd been one of the better known demons in the town, Kai wouldn't have realized. He lead... what might be called a sheltered life. In fact, the only reason he was here was that he'd just turned 21 a few nights ago, and his friends had convinced him he should use his new freedom to hang out in a bar, maybe meet a few chicks. He didn't actually think he would be able to accomplish the latter. Yet here she was. One of the most attractive girls in the place, just came up and talked to him. Sure, she was a little bit on the pale end... but still very nice. He blushed a bit when she called him pretty, looking at his drink, then when it cleared, over to her, scanning her body slowly. Something told him she'd be the kind of girl who took that as a compliment.

"Um ya, no one else with me." he told her, taking a drink, trying to think of something to say before she left him.

Sandrea had smirked slightly. "Nice." The word was soft and tempting, inviting him in. She had a drink herself, a small Vodka and Coke, and took a pause to sip her drink. "So, how about we get to know each other?" Her words were gently tempting and she was smiling a little flirtily. She wanted him to be relaxed and comfortable with her, needing the company. If she liked him well enough she'd ask him back to her place and see if he'd work out well. She didn't want to scare him.

He wasn't scared of her, not at all, simply shy. "Sure, sit right here." he said, getting up and pulling the stool next to him out for her. He'd always been... polite like that, and he always had trouble starting conversations with new people as well. "My name is Kai." he said, sitting down after she had. He was drinking a Martini, though he was finding he didn't really care for it. "What's your name?" he asked, before taking a second sip of his drink, hopping she could carry the conversation, at least to begin with.

"Sandrea." Her words were quiet and calm. "It's nice to meet you Kai." She had settled into the seat, sipping her drink before she spoke again. "So... what do you do?" The question was soft and sweet, her smile a little shy, her usual flirty little dance that tended to draw men in. She loved this part and played it well. Too well for some.

"I'm a full time student." he said, taking another sip, finishing his drink, but not deciding to order another one. "I work at a resteraunt a few blocks down as a waiter for money." he told her simply, looking over at her now. She was so cute... he found himself staring at her face for almost a minute before he realized what he was doing and continued. "What about you?"

"I dance." Her smile was clear before she murmured. "For money." It was a little bit of a lie but one that she needed him to believe. Her smile remained shy and she swallowed a little more of her drink. "Do you enjoy your job?" The question was mild and she smiled again, shyly.

"You dance?" he asked slowly, watching the way she was murmuring. He knew she might throw her drink in his face, but he'd had a little to drink, and he had to know. "You mean you're a stripper?" he asked, a slight blush coming to his face, though he tried to say it in a way that wasn't judgemental in the least, just curious. "Not really, but it pays the bills." he said simply, pretending to sip at his now empty drink.

"Yeah... I'm a stripper." She shrugged slightly. Her next words came easily. "Me too." She spoke fairly and quietly. "So, have you been here long?" The question was soft and shy and she tucked her hair out of her face again, still silently watching him.

"I'm sure it pays them rather well..." he said slowly, meaning it as a compliment, but realizing that probably wasn't how she was going to take it. "Not long." he said, glancing at his watch. "Little less than an hour, you?"

"About a week." She shrugged. "Here, in this bar... about an hour." She sipped her drink and sighed softly.

"What do you mean a week?" he asked, glancing at her curiously, and a tad confused. Did you just move here or something?" he asked.

"I see..." he said slowly, feeling a bit awkward, and not really sure what to tell her. Even though he didn't really want it, he signaled the bar tender to bring him another drink, at least it was something to do. "So at least you're moving up in the world right?"

"Of course, why wouldn't I be?" he asked, his drink finally arriving. "I'm just a little nervous, never talked with... a professional dancer before, I'm worried I might say something that offends you."

"Well, just o on the safe end, I won't bother trying." he said, blushing when she called him cute. "So, why are you spending the night in a bar? I'm sure a girl like you could find a much better use for her time."

He blushed, looking down, sipping on his new drink, which had just arrived. "Well, ya, that's what I mean." he said, still looking down. "You'd think you'd have found a guy by now."

He blushed even more, not having connected those two particular dots just yet, and he continued to sip at his new drink, which was already more than half gone. "Still, beautiful girl like you, you'd think some one would be."

"Are you?" The question was soft, almost half-teasing. She couldn't help but smile as she finished her drink. "Want another drink?"

He blushed a bit at the offer, and at the implication, before looking back up at her. "I've probably had enough for the night, and there aren't many woman interested in a guy like me. And if you hadn't noticed, I'm not very good at putting myself out there." he told her.

"Okay, so we're both unlovable?" She laughed. "Come off it, you're adorable." She spoke sweetly, kindly almost, enjoying the chance to get the boy to trust her. "At least, I think you're adorable."
