And by spirits, I of course mean booze.

  The year is 1927, and prohibition is in full swing in the United States.
  
  Under the Volstead Act, the sale of nearly all forms of alcohol became illegal in the US on January 17th, 1920.
  Just hours after the law went into effect, a gang robbed an impounded liquor warehouse in Illinois.
  
  Thereafter, cue the music.
  
  By 1925, up to 100,000 "speakeasies" were operating in New York City alone.
  
  The 1920s saw the rise of organized liquor smuggling and sales across the US. The streets of New York, Chicago,
  Los Angeles and elsewhere echoed to the sounds of Chopper fire and police sirens, as much as to the new sound
  of jazz and dancing.
  
  The '20s also saw an unprecedented wave of economic expansion in the US (a wave which would crest in 1929),
  and the rise of liberated women.
  
  And this is where we find ourselves today...
  
  The date your already know, and the place in which we find ourselves is St. Louis, at the Fast Break speakeasy.
  The Fast Break is anything but a hole in the wall. Built in the limestone caves beneath the city, it is one of the
  most stylish and swanky clubs in the country. It is here that a somewhat introverted young female college student,
  sent to school by her rich, respectable family back in Boston, has been taken by a few of her less respectable
  friends for a night of fun, entertainment, and "coffee". At the same club, a most certainly less-than-respectable
  young courier is spending his night off, as well as a little of the money he's come into since he started his new job,
  procuring libations for the Fast Break.
  
  Just what might happen when these two meet? And what adventures does the night hold in store for them?

So, basically, an RP somewhat inspired by this comic.

A nervous, respectable girl is dragged to a speakeasy by her flapper friends, and meets up with a guy who is certainly not
respectable, but promises to be a lot of fun. The RP would largely focus on action, some romance, and of course some
more hot n' heavy stuff when we can find time.
