Crista Von Beurion moved through the halls of the castle slowly making her way toward the throne room where her father waited for her. She walked as a princess should, head held high shoulders back long auburn hair flowing down her straight back in long curls that hung down near the curve of her hips. Her emerald green eyes sparkled constantly with the flecks of gold spread throughout them. She took in guard, servant, and noble with the same grace and respect not paying any one any special mind over the other. Even thought she was born of noble blood she never felt as though she was any more special than the others in the castle. They all had their duties to perform same as she did, they all worked together to make the kingdom run. It just so happened that she was born to leadership and had been training for that since birth.

Her hunter green dress flowed down over her full curves before flaring over her hips to a wide skirt that moved with every step. The sleeves were long and flowing almost as low as the skirt itself, and though the neck dipped lower then some would think modest, it didn't show too much of her ample cleavage, just enough to entice and tease. She knew the power that a woman had over men and wasn't below using it if it would help her people get what was needed. The jeweled hit of a short sword that hung at her right hip showed she wasn't afraid to use other means as well.

The doors to the throne room opened in front of her held by two large guardsmen. She smiled nodding her thanks before heading down the long carpeted walk way that ran the center of the hall. It ended on the top step of the dais at her father's feet as he sat in the throne. Crista came to the foot of the bottom step and curtseyed deeply before the king. "You summoned me, your majesty?"

Her father smiled and stood shaking his head. "We are among friends my daughter no need to be formal."

Crista looked at the other female in the room that had been standing off to one side. Raising an eyebrow slightly she nodded her understanding and stood. "Hello Father, how can I be of service."

The king shrugged and came down off the dais taking his daughter's hands smiling. "I have need of your skill as a diplomat my daughter. The leader of a village in the northern mountains has been having some bandit troubles, thanks to the guardsmen they have made the bandits consider coming to talks but they want someone from the kingdom."

Crista nodded, "I will leave immediately." She had been about to turn when she felt her father's hand on her shoulder.

"Now just a moment, yes I want you to be the one to go. However I need you to take an extra layer of protection with you when you go." He motioned to the other woman in the hall with them. "This is our best female knight, she will keep you safe and will not leave your side no matter what." Her father said that more for his daughter's benefit then the knights.

Crista frowned, the only thing that made having knights with her bearable was that she could leave them behind when she needed to change or something of womanly virtue. However with a female knight she wouldn't be able to escape her at any time. "As you wish father." She sighed and then turned to look at the knight in question.
