It wasn't sleeping with the principles daughter that had gotten him thrown out of the most private school he had attended, Dominic hadn't made that public knowledge until he was already on his way out the door.
It wasn't the fact that he had skipped class for about a week to get his back inked to celebrate his eighteenth birthday, his parents payed good money for him to go to the school and skipping some classes wasn't going to make them throw him out.
It wasn't poor grades, despite the fact that he payed no attention at all in class and often slept instead, Dominic got very good grades... he was much smarter then anyone believed at first glance and he put his gifted mind to use frequently.
No, it had been the fighting that had gotten him thrown out, this most recent one had ended with him a little battered up but the other three who had thought to jump him much worse for wear... two of them needing a visit to the emergency room after the beating that he had dished out upon them. His parents had money and connections, but up against three other parents of comparable wealth and influence there had been little they could do. Not only had Dominic gotten expelled but he had also been black listed by other private schools in the state, making private school the only option availible to his parents though he had argued strongly in favor of home schooling with an emphasis on home and little if any focus on the actual school part.
Now his first day at his new school had arrived, a schedule had been made up, books had been handed to him, and he was already late for his first class which was fine by him. Strolling through the halls, flicking a lighter in his right hand just because he often played with it when bored, tempted to withdraw his pack of cigarillos and enjoy the soothing taste but also aware that a public school which didn't take any money directly from his parents might be a little more stern with him... actually doing something rather then a stern talking too from a teacher when he rebelled.
Still his ambling along slowly led him to the last place he wanted too go, soon he was standing before the chemistry class that was his first of the day. True he could do another lap of the school, but even that act of pointless rebellion just felt... pointless so he pushed the door open hard enough to ensure it would slam and walked in with a sneer on his face that even seemed to keep the teacher from asking too many questions, his black steel toed boots audible in the silence of the room as he looked around, seeing an open seat next to a rather attractive member of the opposite sex, the kind of girl who screamed cheer leader material... all the more fun to push the buttons of so he made his way to that open chair, dropping his books heavily onto the counter as he sat down, giving her a look that practically screamed the filthy things that he was thinking of doing to her.
