Sometimes death smacks some of the wrong people in the face, making those who survive it left to fend for themselves. But unlike most, there was one that found they were to do more than just give in and disappear. But it's never easy.Not for a child whose parent's named Mike.
He found himself in a predicament many who knew him wouldn't wish upon him. When he turned 13, his father passed away in a car accident with a drunk driver. Since then he had lived alone with his mother in the city, doing what the two of them could to make a living and support each other. But by the time he was 16, his mother came down with an illness that kept her bed ridden and unable to do much at all. So by the time he was about to turn 17, Mike was already working a job and paying some of the bills his mother couldn't, just enough to keep a roof over their head. He became the man around the house, doing his best to keep his mother comfortable in hopes she would get better. But Nothing would stop death from taking what it wanted. And at the beginning of his Senior year she passed away.
So after her funeral, Mike found himself a home out at his uncles home, far from the city life where things were quieter, nicer. He was expecting to just finish school, turn 18 and try and find a purpose outside the life of his family. But what he got would turn out to be something more. He found and caught the eyes of a somewhat popular country girl who seemed to be friends with everyone. The only obstacle he had was, her ignorant rough boyfriend. He was always around her when school was over, his age over her apparent. To him she was always held and touched in manners that either she didn't want or wasn't ready for, but was too afraid to face him about it.
So when she meets Mike and finds he is more than just some average city boy, she finds herself coming up with her own reasons to talk to him.

Ok the basic pairing is city boy x country girl. But based on the plot above, i want this to be long term and somewhat romantic or something. And I was waning to plan as the city boy.
