❀ Siri/Warlock
'A familiar spirit (alter ego, doppelgänger, personal demon, personal totem, spirit companion) is the double, the alter-ego, of an individual. It does not look like the individual concerned. Even though it may have an independent life of its own, it remains closely linked to the individual. The familiar spirit can be an animal (animal companion). In some cases, the magical practitioner then made an agreement or entered a pact with their familiar spirit. The length of time that the witch or cunning person worked with their familiar spirit varied between a few weeks through to a number of decades. In most cases, the magical practitioner would conjure their familiar spirit when they needed their assistance, although there are many different ways that they did this.' -Wiki
Loners. That was the life of those in the magical community. Although they did have a meddling hand in the affairs of mortals, they were quite solitary creatures. The only exception was when they enter a pact with a familiar spirit. Familiars take on both an animal and human form.
A familiar is able to reside within that human-like form easily but there were times where they can no longer stay in such a form. Under great stress, the familiar's body would naturally change into the more 'natural' form so that they could recover and heal easier. There were several times through a full a year cycle that they would have to return to this form. Being in the human state requires a great deal of energy and becomes quite easier over time to remain in it for extended lengths of time. If a familiar was ever denied the transformation into their true form, the human body would simply wither away. The familiar's life is linked to that of the warlock or witch they are contracted by. There was an exception to the life of a familiar for the familiar is also most vulnerable in their true form for this is the only form they can be killed in. The human state was meant to be a shield to protect their weakness. The human state could withstand a great deal of trauma, even such trauma that would be life threatening to most others. That was not to say that the true form was weak for it was quite strong and sturdy. Familiars may not age like normal mortal creatures and can maintain their beauty and youth for many years to come; however, it was still a mortal form nonetheless and they could be killed.
❀ Siri/Demon
The demon is a powerful one, having been challenged plenty of times from others of the demonic race but has always managed to hold on top. Many have come to fear the demon. For the longest time, the demon was fine being on its own and a loner. One day, the demon comes across an akita wolf hybrid pup who had been injured. Yet, unlike the other demons and other creatures alike, the pup did not cower in fear but instead attempted to get closer to the demon. Curiously, the demon picked up the pup and the pup wagged her tag and licked the tip of the demon's nose. This confused the demon and peaked its interest. The demon choose to nurse the pup back to health and from that point on, she was always by his side. Eventually -unsure how the demon does it or what not- the pup gains a human like form, yet her ears remain canine and she still possesses her tail. She remains constantly close at the demon's side, always wanting to make the demon happy.
It can take place in a modern or medieval/feudal era setting.
There are those seeking to take out the demon by any means, humans constantly wanting to rid the world of the demons, etc.
❀ Siri/Unknown (Almost any pairing can work for this idea) - Really would love this one.-
When Siri was but a pup, she found herself torn from her family and all alone. Just in the stages of being weened, she still depended up fresh milk as well as the meat. She had managed to escape the gruesome carnage that fell upon her entire pack, but not without injury. Her fur was charged and she suffered many internal injuries. As it appeared that she was to die, she found herself in the arms of someone coming to her rescue. She was nursed back to health and injuries healed themselves over time, no scars being left behind, at least not visible. She began to grow, her savior bottle feeding her and providing her with fresh meat. Soon she was weened. When she reached her sixteenth birthday, she was able to transform into a human state. She still required to change into her feral state to obtain the injury she needed to stay within her human vessel. Siri grew close to her savior, developing a strong bond with the other. Siri soon found herself falling in love. The two traveled through out the realm, Siri never veering to far from her savior's side. The two found themselves in various battles and confrontations, but always finding a way out.
Siri soon finds her feelings being returned by her savior. Just as things seemed to be going fine for the two, a third party comes into play. Siri had been destined to serve a powerful and malevolent being and to be at his side. She was a vessel for his power. Despite all of her savior's power and strength, he was no match for the being. The savoir becomes a servant for the being, doing any and all his bidding. Many seek the downfall of the being, viewing him has nothing but a horrible monster.
That is a general gist of the idea. Things that are to develop in the rp would be that Siri and her savior managed to make friends through Siri. Her savoir was the loner type and never gave second thought to companionship. However, the savior soon grows on the idea due to Siri. The group is one of friends they had made are a part the larger group who seek the destruction of the being. For whatever reason, the group of friends turn on Siri's savior. We can figure that out during the course of the rp. But it is going to come to the point where something happens, causing Siri to turn on their friends, and even on the being. She becomes corrupt by a deep seeded, dark energy that has always resided within in her being in the form of a crystal that is living. Siri and her Savoir become the main villains, but that is farther along in the rp.
