Lily laughed alongside her friends, watching as a girl's boyfriend kissed another girl. Smiling, Lily leaned towards her best friend and whispered how "sparks seemed to fly". Of course, the girlfriend was less then pleased.
Birthday parties seemed a little overrated for someone their age, so Lily preferred to think of them as "get togethers". Just a bunch of friends gathering at a house to wreak havoc. It was far too much fun. A good sized group of friends sat in a circle, playing a youthful game of truth or dare. The more they played, the more sexual the dares or questions asked became. It was to be expected, but it still interested her. There was one guy that she had her eye on, and she knew she was due to be asked truth or dare soon. Once she surpassed that, she would ask her crush. Lily prayed he'd answer with 'truth' so she could quiz him on his feelings towards her.
Meanwhile, however, the game continued. Lily looked to her twin brother, wondering if he was enjoying himself. Later, no doubt, they wouldn't even speak of this night. Sure, they were close enough, as far as siblings went, but it wasn't like she relied on her brother to gossip with or whatever. Girl friends were for that.
