Keyria stepped out of her new house, breathing deeply as she felt relaxed with her choice of moving. She'd been through a few rough months of hell and decided enough was enough. She found a little house for rent in a medium-sized town. It sounded nice and quiet, so she made the sudden choice to leave, and never look back.
She walked down the street, noticing there weren't many people out. She needed to find a job, but most of the places were closed, with odd hours posted on their doors. She looked at the sky, growing darker by the minute. A deep sigh settled in her chest as she found a little cafe that had just opened.
She walked through the door, her pencil skirt clinging to her legs. The slit in the side only giving relief to her legs, the slit ending mid-thigh. She brushed her long, curly red hair over her shoulder, feeling it tickle her waist. She sat at the little counter bar and crossed her arms in front of her silk halter blouse. It fully covered the front, but her back was clearly exposed, showing the structure of her fair skin that was speckled with freckles. Her bright blue eyes searched the cafe, seeing she was the first in for the start of the evening.
